Time of Reading Set from 3:30 to 4:30 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y.
1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time with suggestions for further corrective measures, answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, but you ought to be keeping it closer; [1179] this we have had before.
3. As we find, in the main conditions are very good. There should be a stimulation to the general system as related to activities of the glandular system, especially those in centers along the cerebrospinal system where the activities of the sympathetic and cerebrospinal, through the patches of the emunctory circulation, are the more prevalent. These will allow for clearing of better circulation, of stimulation to activities of the organs which control through the activity of the glandular forces. These in the lumbar axis, throughout the sacral area, 9th dorsal, through the brachial center and those from the 3rd to the 1st of the cervicals. These we would do osteopathically, with the directions to relax these portions of the system, not stimulating other than that for the system to indicate to same through the stimulation from relaxing the tensions between cerebrospinal and sympathetic systems. Do that.
4. Ready for questions.
5. (Q) What can be done to prevent any more moles growing on face and body? (A) Just as indicated, there needs to be better stimulation to the glandular activity toward the eliminations, just as these are needed for the beginning of the periods for this body, see? These are the effects, then, of cells becoming broken and finding lodgement in the superficial circulation. So if better stimulation is set up so that the organs of eliminations are coordinant and acting together, as would be indicated from the better coordinations in the areas indicated, less of these will be apparent.
6. (Q) Can present moles be eliminated and how?
1179-12 Page 2
(A) Do not attempt to eliminate same in the present until conditions have been adjusted in the organs of gestation and activities between liver, lungs, heart, kidneys as related to the organs of the mammary glands with organs of reproduction, the ovaries and the tubes. Wait until these are functioning normally, else we may cause some of these to turn to growing, or to cause destructive forces to be set up. Later they may be removed through the electric needle, but we wouldn't use such.
7. (Q) Approximately when should menstrual periods start? (A) By or before September.
8. (Q) What is cause and relief for mucous in head and throat? (A) As has been indicated, the glandular forces there cause secretion of the lymph circulation, and these arise from the coordination of circulation between sympathetic and cerebrospinal nervous systems, and with the stimulations or drainages being set up by the relaxation these should be eliminated from the body. Use McLean for these [Theodore R. McLean, D.O.].
9. (Q) Should any additions or corrections be made in the diet? (A) These are very well when they are adhered to. At times the body skips these and it is not very good.
10. (Q) Should the body continue taking Vitamin Plus? (A) The vitamin plus is well in or through the seasons when the body is indoors much, but when the body is able to be in the open, as in the present and then exercise is taken, that is preferable. Then take the vitamins in the general diet for the body. Keep these well balanced with plenty of raw vegetables. Also sea foods, fowl and lamb, not too much beef, little or never pork, not too much veal, but not fried foods.
11. (Q) How can the body satisfy the craving for starch and sweets? (A) Keep a well balanced diet in the manner as has been indicated, and these will satisfy these conditions through the system.
12. (Q) What can be done to develop a ruddy complexion? (A) As has been given.
13. (Q) Is stomach in good functioning order? (A) The glands of the stomach, as has been indicated, are not coordinated with the organs of the central system and thus the needs for these periods of stimulation.
14. (Q) Would it be advisable to take glandular injections? (A) Let's don't take injections. Let's let the system create them. These acting in the developing body may become so dependent upon same as to destroy the efficiency of the
1179-12 Page 3
creative energies of the body-forces themselves.
15. (Q) Is it in the entity's best interest to continue this fall her local high school or go elsewhere? (A) Local high school this. Next term begin elsewhere, see? Ohio.
16. (Q) Can short life line be corrected and how? (A) These have more to do with the activity of the sensory systems of the body with the sympathetic, than on cerebrospinal; the attitude, purposes and ideals, as these are set and worked towards, we may increase the life existence, life experience in the present.
17. (Q) Are there any further suggestions? (A) Only as to the mental and spiritual attitude. These should be kept in that same attitude which has been a portion of the experiences of the entity for so long. Don't be disturbed because others may at times question you. Keep your own balance and know the Lord is with thee personally, as ye personally apply His love, His precepts, His promises toward others.
