Time of Reading 3:05 to 3:35 P.M. Eastern Standard Time. Washington, D.C. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1183], present in this room.

2. Now as we find, the disturbing conditions in the physical forces of the body from a pathological angle or standpoint would be a most interesting study.

3. While there are many disturbing factors, then, as we find if there are the proper precautions taken in the present many of these may be eliminated and much of the distress as may arise be not only avoided but eradicated from the system.

4. There have been periods when various characters of disturbances have been exhibited; as those distresses in the extremities, the lower limbs as well as in the arms and hands. And while the soft tissue of the face, the antrum and portions of the system all have given at times disturbance, the most of the applications as we find have been only palliatives, and little of that which is the basic cause or disturbance has been considered.

5. Not that there is such a great distress that may not be eliminated, because there are many disturbing conditions, but rather that the body is at that point where there is being the attempt of the body to adjust itself and to meet the various disturbances that are arising.

6. Hence it may be well said that in the physical we have almost a reflection of much that has at times been in the mental body - a confusion rather than a diffusion of the principles of corrective activity; both in those actions of the mental and the physical forces.

7. These then are the conditions as we find them with this body, [1183] we are speaking of, present in this room:

8. As to the blood supply, this as we find in itself is quite an interesting condition from that as has been indicated. We have the unusual condition of what might be called an overabundance, and yet there is a form of anemia -

1183-2 Page 2

or there is the form rather than the character of the plasm in the blood supply not being properly balanced.

9. This arises primarily from a disturbance in the glandular system. For the assimilations are not proper. While the increase in weight has been indicated at times, and as seen from an experience of the body has been on the increase, a balance has not been kept in the proper coordination.

10. Hence we have not only that variation in the pressure of the blood supply, but an increase of fat or of the expressions of same which are not true portions of the bodily functioning and bodily activity.

11. Thus we have poisons or pressures left at times, as indicated in the manner in which the circulation has been active in the throat, the head, the soft tissues of the face and head, and in portions of the bodily functions itself, the activity to the extremities where there is the slowing of the circulation.

12. So at times we have enlargements to the joints themselves, and to the muscular forces and tendons along portions of the cerebrospinal system.

13. And there are, as we find indicated, some segments, some portions of the cerebrospinal system that will be aided by mechanical adjustments. These would not only extend from the lumbar axis (which is the main center) and to the bursa of the feet themselves, and especially in the Achilles bursa or the heels, but also to those that coordinate with same from those activities just below the pineal center. Or in making the adjustments (Bolkhardt would be the better), we would make adjustments or hold pressures in the lumbar and coccyx, then in the lumbar and at the base of the brain; and we will find we will bring a better coordination in the nerve pressures as well as the general adjustments in the centers from which there is the radial activity of the functioning of the organs themselves; as to the throat and to the head. For the nerve pressures are there that make for those experiences where the body feels just a little nausea, a filling up at times of the nasal passages, and just across the eyebrow of those portions of the tissues there, even at times back of the ear - and the head gives distress; from these same conditions.

14. In the functioning of the organs then, as has been indicated, we find that this is basically a glandular disturbance to the system, and those applications for the adjustments and for the activities must be controlled by diet and a coordination between the extremities of the circulation.

15. These as we find may be best adjusted by the use of the

1183-2 Page 3

Radio-Active Appliance, which makes for a coordination by the vibratory forces of the body; reionizing (which is revitalizing) by the changing of the vibration in the electrical forces of electrical vibrations of the circulatory forces as related to the lymph and the nerve supply, to magnify and to ratify the glandular forces for a more normal activity. The action of the Radio-Active Appliance will be much preferable in the matter of equalizing the proper weight than any character of injections that have been at times indicated, yea at times used, which have proven now to some of the undoing of the body's better conditions.

16. Then the diet: This should be not so rigid as to appear that you can't do this or you can't do that, but rather let the attitudes be - everything that is eaten, as well as every activity - purposeful in conception, constructive in nature. Analyze that! Purposeful in activity, constructive in nature!

17. Preferably of morning we would have brown toast, or Ry-Krisp, with egg (and just the yolk, or principally the yolk of same), or a cereal. But not cereals at the same meal the grape fruit or orange juice or the like would be taken. Not the same meal, not even the same day. At the noon meal let at least a portion of the meal be of a raw vegetable, or several raw fresh vegetables. These may be taken with a broth, but do not have the heavy meal in the noontime. Let the heavy meal be preferably in the evening. Meats should be lamb, fowl or fish. The vegetables should be more of the leafy than of the pod or tuberous. Two of the leafy to one of pod, and three of the leafy to one of the tuberous. And these as we find, if there will be included raisins, figs and the like, will aid in assisting in the effect created by the adjustments and by the revitalizing of the vibratory forces for the body. If grape juice will be taken in the evening, or just before the evening meal, with Ry-Krisp, this will be found to be not only blood building but reducing also in a consistent manner; and give strength to the vitality of the resistance forces in the body.

18. In the use of the Appliance, take this at least thirty minutes to an hour each day, and let this be the period of prayer or meditation. For as it is an attunement of the bodily functions through the vibratory forces of the system, also may the body attune its mental self to the spiritual forces as may be active in the bodily functions and in its relationships to its fellow man.

19. To be sure, put in its OWN words; but after this manner

1183-2 Page 4

would we meditate:

20. "FATHER, GOD, IN BODY, IN MIND, IN PURPOSE, I AM THINE. CREATE WITHIN THE BODY THAT AS THOU, IN THY LOVE, HAST SEEN THAT I, THY SERVANT, HATH NEED OF NOW. AND LET MY LIFE, MY PURPOSES, MY DESIRES, BE IN ACCORD WITH THAT THOU WOULD HAVE ME BE TOWARD MY FELLOW MAN. AND AS I SHOW MERCY, BE THOU, O GOD, MERCIFUL TO ME. AS I SHOW LOVE, GRACE AND PATIENCE, BE THOU, O GOD, PATIENT AND MERCIFUL TO ME, NOW."

21. Keep that attitude during those experiences that may come; and not to be put off as ye take off the Appliance, but be LIFTED up - purposeful - in the experiences thou may have.

22. Ready for questions.

23. (Q) Shall I reduce by the doctor I did once? or is there a better method? (A) As has been indicated, there has been given a better way. For these have proven to be a portion of that which is harmful in the present.

24. (Q) Shall I have my sinus still treated by the same method? (A) As we find if the corrections are made in the manner as has been indicated, these will not be so necessary. If there are the disturbances at times, prepare a little Dobell's solution and use in a spray, in a weak solution, for the throat and nasal passages; and this will be found to be the most helpful.

25. (Q) Do I have high blood pressure? (A) Rather BELOW normal at most times, as has been indicated. At times this great variation comes from this confusion as has been indicated in the nerve system and from the poisons as produce pressures in the body. Follow the diet, the use of the Appliance, the adjustments; and let's be suggestive in this manner: Do not take any of these until worn out with same. As has been given, be purposeful in it! Take the adjustments for two to three weeks, then leave 'em off for a week, two weeks - don't quit entirely! Then in two weeks go back again and take 'em again for another week to ten days, then another rest period! In the use of the Appliance take for a month, leave off for a couple of weeks and then take again for another month. Thus we find the body does not become dependent upon other things outside, other than that ye seek in thy meditation. For ye ask the body in its divinity to create that for health, for life, for strength, for a purposefulness, in the measure as ye give out.

26. We are through for the present.
