Time of Reading 4:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Ill. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, Mrs. [1186] - this we have had before. There are many changes in the general physical forces of the body since last we had same here.

2. In the general physical forces we find there are pressures that are causing nerve disorders, that produce functional disorders in the physical body. These, as we find, are principally in the lumbar and lower dorsal region. These prevent the nominal or normal eliminations, so that the tiredness, heaviness in feet, improper eliminations in kidneys, the tendency for restlessness or inability to sleep, the poisons as arise from an acid stomach, are the results of these conditions in lumbar and lower dorsal region.

3. We would, then, in applying those conditions for corrections, add to the system properties in medicinal nature as these:

4. To 4 ounces of simple syrup, add: Tincture of Valerian.................1 ounce, Elixir Calisaya....................1/2 ounce, Iodine, Tincture of..................2 minims, 10% solution Bromide of Potassium...20 minims, 10% solution Iodine of Potassium....10 minims, Tincture of Capsici..................2 minims. Shake solution together before the dosage is taken, which would be teaspoonful in water or plain 4 times each day.

5. We would also have manipulations, OSTEOPATHICALLY given, for the correction of conditions existent in lumbar and lower dorsal region; these given at least twice each week until at least fifteen treatments are given.

6. The diet should be such as tends to make for BETTER eliminations, which we will find - this as an outline, though it may be altered or changed at times:

7. Mornings - citrus fruits, with coffee, browned toast and little butter, and occasionally a coddled or soft-boiled

egg. Occasionally a little bacon may be taken, but not every day.

8. Noons - we would have a broth, with a green vegetable salad comprised of as many green vegetables as may be combined, altering or changing same to suit the taste. A dressing, as of the mayonnaise or an oil or French dressing, may be used with this. We would take, BETWEEN this meal and the evening meal, either the Bulgarian milk or those of the lactic acids in milk, or those as are combined in Yogut [Yogurt] - see?

9. Evenings - we would take COOKED vegetables; little meats.

10. Keep in the fresh air as much as possible. We will find that the body will be brought to its NORMAL forces. Ready for questions. We are through with this reading. Copy to Husband " " File
