1. EC: Yes, we have the body here.
2. As we find, the body is continuing on the improve. There needs to be GRADUALLY - not, of course, too great an exercise, but get IN the open, see? For the change in the pressures as produced and the natural exercises of the body IN the open will make for the greater quantity of the oxygen and then occasionally with the rubs along the side and the limbs and especially now in the areas about the lumbar, sacral and the lower limb, and then from the upper dorsal to the neck - but always rub toward the extremity, not toward the body - circular motion, using the same rub as has been indicated.
3. With the diet, gradually - not too much has been taken yet - but gradually change that with the activities of the body.
4. Ready for questions.
5. (Q) Should the body eat raw apples, or depend upon raw vegetables, etc., as a laxative? (A) Raw vegetables are preferable; though the body may if it so desires - after it has had two to three days of stirring around - go on an apple diet!
6. (Q) Any further directions for the osteopath? (A) These would not be necessary very much oftener, unless some conditions arise. Once or twice more should be sufficient. The CORRECTIONS, of course, SHOULD be made at this time in the lower dorsal and through the lumbar area as has been long indicated for the body; these gradually made.
7. (Q) What causes the sore, burning spot on back? [Red as if it had been burned with end of poker.] (A) The localization of the places where assimilation of that seeping through the walls to be absorbed. Gently massage same, gradually expanding same with the rubs.
8. (Q) Should she be massaged wherever she feels the tingling? (A) Along where it has been indicated, the whole of the

spine and the limbs; there isn't much left off!
9. (Q) Should the oil massage for spine and mutton suet massage for feet be continued? (A) Leave the mutton suet; take the other now, unless the feet become cold. These are well to keep to massage the feet, after the bath, with the mutton suet.
10. (Q) Would electrical vibrator treatments be helpful? (A) Not helpful in the present. Low electricity might be helpful, but not yet; we wouldn't give these.
11. (Q) Any warnings regarding backset? (A) These are always, of course, possible; but if there are the proper precautions these should not disturb.
12. (Q) What particular precautions should be taken from now on? (A) As has been indicated.
13. (Q) Should the body be left alone? (A) If it desires so!
14. (Q) Is there danger of another such attack? (A) Always danger. But if there's precaution and the building, the body should continue to rebuild. Follow those instructions as indicated. There are the causes of the condition, the weakening - if these are replenished and rebuilded in the body, it gradually renews itself. Why should there be reoccurrence if it's builded up? But if it's builded in the mind and then not the precautionary measures taken, or if even the precautionary measures are taken and it's constantly held, will it not weaken the condition? Use judgements with it! We will find that the body may have many years without any disturbance if these are carried as has been indicated.
15. We are through for the present.
