1. HLC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes - on the ground.
3. As we find, there are improvements greatly in the general physical forces of the body.
4. We would not change a great deal from those things that have been in detail outlined for this body.
5. However, with the changes as may be wrought, we WOULD have some osteopathic adjustments as related to the circulation to eyes. Have these specifically made by Dobbins. It should not require more than five to six; but let special reference be given to the 2nd and 3rd dorsal, and then the vagus center as to the circulation to the frontal portion of the eye (the facial muscles and nerves) from the 1st and 2nd cervical, and the muscular forces on either side of the lower portion of the head, see?
6. Ready for questions.
7. (Q) Please outline an upbuilding health program, for next four or five months? (A) Plenty of exercises in the open - every few days. Plenty of the sunshine influence from the ultra-violet on the dark days. Keep the diets, as indicated, toward the alkalin side. Also have the general treatments as indicated for the specific condition of the facial muscles and eye, that will be helpful. Continue the Adiron, especially through February and March. No other tonic would be suggested, unless other conditions or upsets arise from too much sugars. Beware of too much especially of white sugars, for this body. No other changes as we find would be indicated in the diet.

Do those as outlined.
8. (Q) Is his eyesight impaired? (A) As we find, the eyesight is not affected so much; it is rather the lids and muscles and nerves about the eye that tend to produce too much activity of the lachrymal ducts, - as well as the tendency for a twitching or a staring, see? Hence the specific suggestions indicated.
9. (Q) Besides the treatment with Dobbins, would it be advisable for him to go to Emily Bates of N.Y. in February, or Dr. Ferguson in Akron? (A) We would go to Dr. Dobbins in New York!
10. (Q) Any other suggestions for the body? (A) Keep those things indicated here.
11. We are through for the present. Copy to Mother " " Ass'n file (See extra notation [which was enclosed] for Dr. Dobbins.)
