1. GC: You will have before you the body and the enquiring mind of [1192], present in this room. You will give a physical, mental and spiritual reading for this entity, giving suggestions for the correction and upbuilding of each, and answer the questions which she will ask you regarding all of these, and also regarding her son, [758].

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, [1192] - this we have had before.

3. In the physical forces of the body, we find the mental attitudes and the conditions and surroundings have had, do have, much to do with the physical reactions that are existent or apparent in the body. These have especially to do with the digestive system and the effects that have been produced by this disorder bring the distresses in the physical forces of the body. While these may be aided materially from a physical viewpoint, these may be aided much MORE through the mental attitude that may be, not just assumed but just as existent in the physical and mental and spiritual reactions. Here we may find an ideal example of the activity of the mental or conscious and the subconscious activities and their effect upon the physical body. There has been builded in the subconscious, or soul mind, that of an ideal, ideas, as concerning individuals, individual activity, and the body in its present attitude may be said to be SO SICK concerning attitudes and actions of individuals, to such an extent as to create in the physical forces that which is rebellious and repulsive in its reactions.

4. The first to be acted upon in this instance being that which may be termed, in a material condition, as more acid created in the digestive functioning than can be handled, and the system rebelling against same produces those conditions that are indigestible - and foods taken, and exercises, become as torments rather than aids. Associations with individuals apparently make for tumult, rather than quiet. These only aid, then, in the bringing of

detrimental forces.

5. To bring about a nearer normal activity, "right about face", as it were, with the ideals. KNOW in self that ALL is well with those who love the Lord and His ways, and that His ways being past man's understanding do not attempt to do HIS portion of the work. Keep self unspotted and in an even balance in the mental attitude towards all. Hate, discontent, the speaking of unkind words, only breeds in a sensitive ideal that of poison, even for a physical body.

6. To aid materially in the physical conditions of the system, following each meal - for at least three or four days - take small quantity (three to five drops only) of lactated pepsin. Every third day take a tablespoonful of Petrolagar. Every third day also take two teaspoonsful of Milk of Bismuth. And then be happy and glad with everyone the body meets, the associations and surroundings. Speak kindly OF everyone, TO everyone, and we will see a material change in the physical conditions of the body.

7. Well were there occasionally a full relaxation, either by those of capillary attraction in treatments through sweats - not sweats such as reduce, but sweats that take poisons from system, and following same with a gentle massage over the whole body. This NOT more than once or twice each week - the sweats ONCE each week. We will find, in two to three weeks, a normal appetite, a changed outlook, and a differentiation that has not been experienced before.

8. In the mental attitudes, these - as we see - are an application of the ideals held.

9. In the SPIRITUAL forces, these are ever ready. Let the SPIRIT of the CREATOR speak through. Ready for questions.

10. (Q) What causes headaches and pains in eyes? (A) Sour stomach.

11. (Q) Should eyes be examined? (A) Will these conditions that have been outlined be adhered to, this will clear up!

12. (Q) What diet is advised? (A) A well balanced blood, nerve and muscle building.

13. (Q) Should entity remain at Virginia Beach with [758]? (A) Be well to.

14. (Q) Would it be best to go to housekeeping or live at a boarding house? (A) Either. That would be dependent upon the attitude the entity may take as to its surroundings and its associations. The home, of course, is the more ideal. This has its drawbacks as well as its benefits. These can BEST be determined in self.

15. (Q) If [758] remains at Virginia Beach, what doctor is

1192-3 Page 3

advised to give him osteopathic treatments? (A) Anyone that will keep in accord with those things that have been outlined in his treatments!

16. (Q) Would [758] improve as well at home in Long Island were I to take him there at present? (A) We do not find such the case. The variation in the climatic conditions, the variation in the surroundings for the body - Remember, there has been given much as to the attitude and the DEPENDENCE of the body, [758] upon relationships and surroundings.

17. (Q) Would I have more peace of mind if [758] were at home together with father [[417]?]? (A) More peace of mind, provided there were the surroundings that MADE for the conditions for the betterment of each concerned.

18. (Q) Would it be best to have nurse go home with [758] or is it more advisable to get a tutor? (A) Be advisable to get a tutor when the TIME comes for you to go home - that in August or September!

19. (Q) What causes me to become despondent? (A) Hasn't it just been outlined - the mental attitude and breaking of ideals in self? The relationship in various ideals built. This the reaction of individuals. Remembering in self that, that upon which the TRUTH is founded is not of individuals' making. Individuals make for themselves, not for yourself - unless yourself allows this to be done!

20. (Q) Should I have any more children? (A) Would be perfectly normal, and it would be well.

21. (Q) How long will it be before [758] will be perfectly normal? (A) Should be, will the conditions and surroundings be kept, near the latter part of the present summer - or early Fall - the decided change for those conditions that will make for the betterment in EVERY respect.

22. (Q) Any further advice or suggestions for this body? (A) The way is set before the body as respecting MANY associations and relations. Hardships through separations, lonesomeness, and the over quietude of the variations - yet, as is seen or felt, that in the various changes as made, one is as hard to bear as the other, with the conditions existent. Make the most of that in hand, and as THIS is applied - the beauty in service that gives all, will become as beauty in the experiences of the entity in each contact made. We are through.
