Time of Reading 11:25 to 11:50 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Long Island. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1192]; this we have had before.

2. As we find, general conditions have changes considerably; and there are periods or times when the taxations to the whole physical forces through mental strains produce those pressures upon the whole of the nerve system.

3. Yet, as we find, we should keep the nearer normal influences in the body, with the proper precautions taken as to make for the more perfect balance through the distribution of nerve energies relieving the taxations through the nerve forces of the body, being mindful of the activities in the open and those things that remain as constructive influences in the physical forces of the body.

4. There are the nervous headaches that occur from nerve pressure and nerve strain, upsetting the digestion and making for disturbances through the eliminations.

5. The better relaxation, as we find, may be had by the use - at least once a day, preferably in the evening - of the Radio-Active Appliance. These forces will create better balance in the system, and make for the abilities for the body to quiet self throughout!

6. While strains remain, to be sure, at times upon the physical organisms of the body, through the nerve tension, we find that these vibrations would add - so far as the material applications go - a necessary balance for the body.

7. To be sure, it is almost as an axiom to say Be Patient, Be Gentle - with SELF as well as with the influences about self; in remaining as quiet WITHIN the more often, knowing that though one goes through the trials, though turmoils arise, there is ever within self, through the associations of self in its deeper forces with the influence of the Infinite, that which will bring to the body, to the mind, in the physical forces about the body, the peace and the

1192-6 Page 2

quietude that ONLY brings real help.

8. For as so oft has been indicated, no matter from what manner or through what channel help may come for a physical body or for a turmoil within the mental self, it must have - to be of a valuation, to be of a helpful force with self - its influences in the Creative Energies, the spiritual forces that can alone quiet.

9. And remember, the Mind is the Builder in material things. It is that association or that connection between the material and the spiritual forces, or the without and the within, and their coordination within the physical functionings of the body itself brings that the individual builds within self.

10. Then, think CONSTRUCTIVELY! Do not make for negative forces that create barriers or hardships in any way or manner. For these must eventually come back to self.

11. Ready for questions.

12. (Q) What causes trouble with eyes and are glasses necessary? (A) As we find, there will be a great deal of help for the nervous system through the use of the Radio-Active Appliance; which, to be sure, means a helpful influence to the sensory forces and the visions and the actions through all the influences that make up the bodily function, the activities for the visions. If these are not relieved entirely, THEN we would find would be easing on the body for the assistance TO the nerve forces by removing strain from the eyes. But we would first give the vibrations set up in the body the opportunity for expression. Hence do not use same one day and leave off for two or three. Set a given time to use the Appliance, for thirty minutes or an hour each day - preferably at the same time; and we will see DEFINITE results, definite help in the body itself.

13. (Q) What causes beads of mucous which form in the throat in the mornings? (A) This is the poor circulation or the nervous tension that arises from the very pressures throughout. This, too, will be materially aided; while much MORE effectiveness is in keeping the diet in a manner in which the balance is kept in the eliminations through the alimentary canal. But this will be materially aided by those vibrations of the body, and the mental attitudes as kept and held by the body itself.

14. (Q) What causes chills at night? (A) Pure nervousness! A reaction from the body in attempting to adjust itself under the strains from thinking

1192-6 Page 3

- thinking - thinking; worrying, and making for the turmoils that arise! Hence again, as indicated, this equalization will make for the ability to rest, and to make for recuperative forces in the bodily function. And these, even after the second or third use of the Appliance, consistently, should disappear almost entirely.

15. (Q) What is a good laxative for this body? (A) As we find, the nerve tensions have made and do make for a strain upon the activity through portions of the liver as an excretory functioning. The Zilatone Tablets are less habit forming and more activative in a manner for the relieving of distresses. These taken not regularly but used as necessary. Drink plenty of water, two or three glasses when a couple of these tablets or pellets are taken.

16. (Q) What diet is best for this body? (A) An alkalin-reacting diet. Or this would be an outline, though these are not the only things that should be taken, to be sure; for these, as may be seen, may cover a great area of various foods. Especially in this period of the weather and the changes, there are the necessities of those things that tend to make for the supplying of influences to the blood that remove a great deal of tensions that has arisen from the recent conditions where not so great amount of the ultra-violet ray as been effective to the body. Thus drosses have been left, or refuse forces in the body that should be portion to be considered in the general conditions of the body. Hence: Mornings - an alteration between cereals, preferably of the dry, or stewed fruits, or the stewed vegetables that are laxative in their nature. Or citrus fruits themselves or their juices. All of these should be altered, or changed from time to time. But do not take cereals AND citrus fruit at the same meal. Then one period a day should consist of only raw fresh vegetables. These may be had with any character of dressing or the like that is palatable for the body; whether this meal is in the noon and evening depends upon the circumstance surrounding the body. But let one meal each day be of such. Then in the other meal we would have the regular combinations of the cooked leafy vegetables, those that are

1192-6 Page 4

of the pod nature and those that grow under the ground. But have THREE of the leafy to one under the ground, or two of the pod to one under the ground, or that proportion. Not too great a quantity of pastries or the like, though these should be a portion of the diet at times. Red wine in the late afternoon with black or brown bread is helpful; NOT taken, however, at mealtimes. This, as we find, brings a stimulation that is laxative in its REACTION; only the RED wine, not the white wine. If the sauterne or the light wines are taken, these should always be WITH meals, not separate.

17. (Q) Any other advice for the body at this time? (A) Be consistent with the use of these applications. Know more and more in self that there are those influences within SELF that may CONTROL the activities much within self and with self. Do these; we will find a calmer, more harmonious and better outlook upon the whole of the affairs. For these must of themselves work out, through the very efforts; and yet these should be kept knowing ever that self may be a channel of helpfulness to others, and in so doing bring soon to thine own self a change in the outlook in the material surroundings and those helpful forces for self.
