Time of Reading 11:15 to 11:40 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. Washington, D.C. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1195]; this we have had before.

2. As we find, some conditions are improved, some are causing anxiety. These then need as we find a better coordination throughout the system, and we would find with the proper ministrations and a consistency with same many minor disturbing conditions - or those that are of a sympathetic nature - being removed.

3. First, do not dwell mentally so much upon the conditions of the body by magnifying them in thine own experience. Rather choose a manner of activity and live, act, be in mental and physical, the expectancy of gaining results. That is the first attitude.

4. But to continue to dwell upon those conditions as to physical that disturb the body tends to magnify them and necessarily the body has to meet them.

5. If we magnify the surroundings and make for those expressions of resentment in this or that way or manner, there is builded in the mental attitude those resistances to be met in the mental and physical forces of the body.

6. If there is the continual feeling sorry for self, condemning someone else or looking toward the idea that there is not this or that experience in self as for someone else, then these - too - in the attitude - bring aggravations to the general system.

7. These are conditions as we find them in the mental attitude and that as should be done. These as we find in the physical forces of the body and that as we find that will be the more helpful:

8. The conditions in the lymph through the liver area, or those between the liver and the kidneys, show some improvement; and are more pliable and more susceptible to applications for a helpfulness. But if there continues to be, or if there arises the excess of an overexertion,

1195-2 Page 2

overactivity mentally or physically, still we would find operative forces the better for general conditions of the body. For it would allow for rest, for removal of strain, and necessitate that quietness, that surrounding of the body to gain a better equal balance. Yet it is still necessary that there be builded some resistance and a better coordination between the assimilating forces of the body to be able to create sufficient of the plasm to create the coagulative elements and forces, if operative forces become necessary.

9. In the organs of the pelvis, as related to the activities of same, this disturbance arises from the change in the activities of the body and an outgrowth of those forces of the body attempting to adjust self against a disturbance in the nervous system and the general eliminations of the body.

10. And these as we find would gradually adjust themselves with applications for a general nature, as well as the specific conditions in that direction.

11. And in that direction we would find a compound as of this to be most helpful for the body, made as in this manner, but put together as in the order given:

12. To 2 ounces of Essence of Lactated Pepsin (Elixir of Lactated Pepsin), add: Elixir of Calisaya..................1 ounce, Tincture of Valerian................1 ounce, 10% solution Iodide Potassium......10 minims, 10% solution Bromide Potassium.....30 minims (drops), Tincture of Capsici.................3 minims. Take a teaspoonful before the morning meal and before retiring in the evening.

13. As we find the whole quantity should be taken, and this is not to be taken unless applications as are to be made are made; for there must be the coordination of all, see?

14. In meeting then the other general conditions, as we find the applications that may be made by one physician or doctor, of a neuropathic and chiropractic combination, would be the better help for this body, and would follow closer the suggestions for the applications - Dr. Ada Wahlen, see?

15. And these should be given every other day, preferably just before the body retires, or else in the evening after the body is through with its labors or has no activities and can REST after such treatments are given. These should be at least every other day. Begin in the central portion of the body, the 9th dorsal; work DOWNWARD, especially over the 4th lumbar area, the coccyx area and the lower limbs and the

1195-2 Page 3

feet; that the swelling, that those heavinesses throughout the lower extremities may be aided in stimulating the circulation, that those that cause the swelling may be stimulated to be carried through the circulation back to the eliminating forces of the body. Work downward and then stimulate the 9th dorsal, the 12th dorsal, the 4th lumbar; that the superficial circulation may be made to coordinate with the deeper circulation. The same - begin at the 9th dorsal, then work UPWARD toward the head, not away from, in the general treatment, but work to the fingertips; stimulating after this general massage in a chiropractic and neuropathic way - this is following the nerves but making the pressures in all of the ganglia along the center - specifically the 3rd and 4th cervical for a drainage from the sinus, the face, the throat, the upper portion of the head. Stimulation about the vagus center and those on either side of the heavy flow of blood to the head for clearing the ears, the throat, relieving the pressure in the eyes. Then stimulate the 4th dorsal for the aiding to eliminate those tendencies for filling in the gastric flow of the digestive forces. This will aid the nervous forces of the body and will assist assimilation and relieve much of these disturbances.

16. After all of these have been given, then apply the violet-ray; beginning at the base of the brain, coming downward then, circular motion either side of the spinal system or along those connections specifically between the cerebrospinal and the sympathetic nervous system. Let this be of a circular motion and keep on down to the 4th lumbar, then branch to a circular motion towards the plexus for the lower portion of the limbs. Extend this to the feet on either side and over the sciatic nerve center, under the knees, soles of the feet, the ankles and then from the feet back towards the body. This to carry nerve energies and stimulations.

17. After this has been given, let the body rest or be bathed off with a little rub alcohol, and then apply the Radio-Active Appliance to equalize circulation.

18. Keep these up for a period of two to three weeks. Then rest a period of a week, ten days or two weeks, and then have another period of these treatments; keeping up the nerve forces, the assimilating forces, through those properties that have been indicated - but keep these together. Do not do one without the other.

19. Ready for questions.

20. (Q) Can this treatment remove the growth without an operation? (A) This depends upon the response. As has been indicated,

1195-2 Page 4

it is in a condition where it MAY respond to the treatments through eliminations if they are carried out in the MANNER as has been indicated.

21. (Q) In my present physical condition, should I stop work entirely? (A) Not necessary to stop work entirely, if there is the adherence - especially in those periods when there are the treatments, if the evening is given to treatments and rest; not running around.

22. (Q) Should I continue in my present position? (A) Continue with the government forces or influences.

23. (Q) What should be done for my teeth? (A) The treatments as indicated, through the general manipulation, aided with those as WE find of the local application of Ipsab and SOME specific or some local attention by the dental activity. But use Ipsab to massage the gums, inside, outside; that is, inside of the gums and outside of the gums; not meant outside of the mouth, but in the mouth - each day.

24. (Q) What should be done for the feet? (A) As has been indicated.

25. (Q) For my nervous condition? (A) As indicated.

26. (Q) Should I have colonic irrigations? (A) If necessary. Keep the eliminations, and if those applications are made in the manner indicated and the proper diet kept, these should not be necessary so very often. But have each day an elimination or evacuation through the alimentary canal. Irrigations or colonics are not harmful if they are given properly; not too much at a time, not too high and a saline or soda solution used, with an antiseptic afterwards. This is helpful to any body.

27. (Q) What is condition in intestinal tract? (A) Irritation, as has been indicated, and the application of those things suggested would be the most helpful.

28. (Q) What causes my feet to swell? (A) As has been indicated.

29. (Q) Should I attend spiritualist meetings at Pythian Temple? (A) If it is so desired, but do not let other things interfere with the attitude. If these make for the creating of attitudes of fear, doubt or apprehension, forget them! Apply self to the making those applications that will bring help. For the promises of a spiritual and mental nature are WITHIN thine self. Seek the help from within. For God is not the respector of persons but the faithful that look to meeting him WITHIN their OWN selves!

30. (Q) Due to physical and mental strain caused by my home

1195-2 Page 5

conditions, what should I do to relieve this condition? (A) As has been indicated. Do right thyself. Do not antagonize self or others. Let them go their way. Do that thou KNOWEST in thine heart and thine conscience to be right, and as you yourself would be done by. Put yourself in the other place; see yourself in your OWN place and not as you wish to be or as you HOPE that someone else has been and it might work with you! Meet thine own problems within thine own self!
