Time of Reading Set bet. 10:30 to 11:30 A. M. Taken 11:25 to 11:45 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Ala. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1196]; this we have had before.
2. As we find, while there is a reverting of the general physical forces to the disturbances that have become a part of the general physical reaction, the general conditions of the body show some improvement.
3. And unless there are other influences arising that are not indicated in the present, the body SHOULD - with the proper precautions and care - continue to be on the improve and thus make for the opportunity for a much greater service of the body mentally, physically, spiritually, in its environs.
4. As has been indicated, through the disturbances of the organs in the general circulation as related to the activity in the excretory and secretive functioning of the liver - and the effect these have upon the circulatory forces as related especially to the lymph circulation, these at times through the natural reactions or the attempts of the disturbing factors to exercise or exert themselves upon the physical forces of the body, cause distresses. These are indicated in such as the tingling sensation, disturbances through the heart's activity, a dryness through the throat, pains through the left side, a general dizziness as arises from the disturbing in the circulatory forces.
5. These are recurrences and are reflex reactions, but as we find if there are kept the general precautions during such periods, not the reverting to any sedatives - unless these become of a nature not as a sedative but rather as a stimulation for the heart's activity or for the circulatory system but no narcotic, no hypnotic, no activity of that nature - for these only burden the system more with the poisons that are so hard as it were to turn loose - we may find continued improvements.

6. Though there are distresses at times, we would refrain from any sedatives as much as possible. And we would find it would be helpful and well to use Fume Baths or Cabinet Baths, as from Witchhazel or Atomidine, and at times the Oil of Wintergreen. But do not allow same to be of such a nature that there would be too great a weakening. These would be as FUMES, you see, in sweat cabinets; and then a thorough rubdown. This will overcome this tingling sensation. This will purify the skin, purify the circulation. This would be active until the body begins to perspire very thoroughly, see? Then have an oil rub followed, to be sure, by rub alcohol that would prevent the body from taking cold easily.
7. This is only an addition. The rest of the applications as suggested from time to time we would continue in their regular order. But this to stimulate the superficial circulation and prevent the reverting through the congested forces to the disturbing factors. These we would take once or twice a week, or whenever necessary; preferably take same just before retiring, see? This would not only aid in making for the better rest but will purify the circulation, opening the respiratory system which has so long been disturbed and only comes as a reaction from either fright internally or externally that has produced so little of the circulation through the capillaries and through the epidermis itself.
8. Keep the vibrations of the Radio-Active Appliance in the order as indicated, keeping the anodes very clean; making for the adjustments; keeping the cleansing for the liver, through the alimentary canal and those activities; being mindful of the diet - and we should find the body continuing to be on the improve.
9. Ready for questions.
10. (Q) What is causing the throat to become so red inside? (A) This is from the circulatory forces as indicated by the tendency for the drying of the mucous membranes, or the poor circulation. Hence the heating of the body through Fume Baths, see?
11. (Q) What is causing the nasal passage to be so tender? (A) This is the same condition. These all arise from a poor lymph circulation or supply to the circulatory forces; and the oil rubs, and especially the alternation of the Fume Baths as indicated, would be helpful. These would be about a tablespoonful to about four ounces of water, see?
12. (Q) Why is he so sore all over every morning, which lasts for about two hours? (A) The poor circulation which has made for the settling of
1196-4 Page 3
poisons or their effects in the muscular forces and the joints of the body. Hence the keeping of those things and the eliminations and the cleansing of same through a better coordination of the deep circulation and the superficial.
13. (Q) What causes intense soreness at times across lower part of abdomen? also the aches in hips and legs, in arms, across back, below neck? (A) All of these are the effects of poisons and non-eliminations. Hence the various manners of eliminations that would be the more helpful to the body. Let's give a description here of this, then, as to just how these would be prepared: These may be done - that is, the Sweat Baths, see - either in a Cabinet, as any of those that may be prepared at home, or in the gown as prepared by some for such. The Fumes are created from the heating of the properties as indicated. These in regular order. Not all at once but one at a time. One would be one day, one another. The Atomidine or the Tincture of Iodine may be used, if it's desirable. The Tincture of Iodine would only be a teaspoonful to about two, three, four ounces of water. This is boiled under the body and the fumes of same allowed to escape as from a Fume cup or the regular preparations that are made for such in Fume Cabinets. When the Witchhazel is used, put a tablespoonful to about two and a half or three or four ounces of water; and this is used for the whole period, see? Keep the head cool, of course; that is, put a damp cold cloth about the head. The Oil of Wintergreen - all of these would be about the same quantity. After these the body would be thoroughly rubbed down with coarse towels, see; then an oil rub - this with equal portions Olive Oil, Tincture of Myrrh and Compound Tincture of Benzoin, heating the Oil to add the others. Massage just what the body will absorb; following same with rub alcohol, so that the body will close the pores, having the effect of the absorption first of the fumes and the cleansing of the body, the absorption then of the oils that have been given for a stimulation to the superficial circulation, and then then the closing of the pores. These will prove very helpful.
14. (Q) Is there any prostate trouble, bladder or kidney trouble? (A) The natural inflammation as arises from these was from the general poisons and inflammations as produced in the
1196-4 Page 4
system, and with the cleansing of the alimentary canal, stimulating the digestive and assimilating forces of the body and cleansing the superficial circulation, keeping up the drainages by the manipulative forces, these should be materially strengthened and aided. These are superficial or reflex rather that specific in the present. Do that.
15. (Q) Does his future appear safe? (A) As has been indicated from the beginning, if the applications are made and there is the desire of same, then as the influences are brought about meet them. Know that the body meets self and self's own application to Creative Forces in a material plane. Through suffering and the understanding of the inconveniences as may be exercised or brought about in the experiences of others may the body attain the necessary equipment within the mental self for being of the greater aid to others.
