Time of Reading 11:05 to 11:20 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Ala. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1196]; this we have had before.

2. As we find, conditions show for something of a change since last we had same here. Some conditions are improved. Some show as much anxiety as ever. Some are really not as well as when we have had same at times here before.

3. These are, as we find, from not giving full and proper consideration as to the suggestions that have been made for the body.

4. Then these are conditions as we find them with this body, [1196] at THIS time:

5. In the blood supply there are still those indications of the poor circulation through the whole of the hepatic system. Toxic forces are naturally then apparent, or the LACK of proper eliminations through the lower portion of the alimentary canal. Not the proper secretions by the gall duct, the spleen and pancreas as combined with the activity of the system.

6. Consequently we have days or periods when the body has dull, mean headaches; with a languid feeling, numbness through the extremities of the body, a feeling of poor eliminations; bad taste in the mouth and NOT proper digestion going on.

7. These are the effects, then, from those disturbances that have been indicated. Not sufficient then of that effluvium through the lymph activity that supplies to the action of the gastric flow not only of the stomach itself but through the duodenum and the upper portions of the jejunum; where digestion takes place.

8. Hence we still have that unbalanced condition through the heart's activity or pulsation or the irregularity, the tendency of subnormal or abnormal conditions in the heart's activity, and the general debilitation of the whole of the body itself.

9. The nerve forces, to be sure, produce this same kind of

1196-5 Page 2

reflection in not only the physical reactions in portions of the body but also in the reactions to the sensory system.

10. Hence the disposition as it may be termed, or the outlook upon life, the energies of the body become affected by those general conditions.

11. In the functioning of the organs themselves, as we find there is still not that proper activity or coordination between the activity of the gall duct, the liver, the spleen and the pancreas, as associated with the hepatic circulation (which includes, to be sure, the kidneys as well as the circulation through the abdominal area).

12. The conditions in the colon show where a prolapsus, as we find in a small measure, still exists there.

13. As we find in the present, then, there are these needs; that there be not too often taken those properties that have been given to work with the gastric flow - by causing or producing an emptying of the gall duct itself. If this is continued to be done, we only DRAIN the system without eliminating properly through the system or allowing it to become properly balanced.

14. We would use then the enemas, rather than taking so much of the Zilatone. However, at times it may be necessary to take the Zilatone from the stirring of the liver; once a week, once in two weeks or once a month, to stir the liver, the pancreas and the spleen and the gall duct area. If there is a feeling of heaviness, a little dizziness, it is very well to take same - but do not continue to take it day after day, day after day and day after day, and then expect it to get the body properly balanced!

15. Rather take enemas! If these are taken EVERY day, if taken PROPERLY, they do not hinder the peristaltic movement of the alimentary canal; neither do they produce an irritation in the colon that is harmful to the body! Take not too much of same, but have the water just the temperature of the body. Combined with same use soda and salt; a level teaspoonful of salt and half a teaspoonful of soda to a quart of water, dissolved thoroughly. Of course, this is not to be used every day if the eliminations work properly - or when there are strains upon the system.

16. FOLLOWING periods when the Zilatone has been taken for stirring the activity, take a small quantity - teaspoonful - of Milk of Bismuth in a full glass of water. The next day possibly take a tablespoonful of Milk of Magnesia; and we will find the variation will be quite different.

17. We would take the adjustments AND the manipulations. If these are NOT to be taken as has been indicated, don't take any of it! Either be true to self or adhere to those

suggestions from others!
