Time of Reading 3:55 to 4:10 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Ala.

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [1196]; this we have had before.

2. Not so good are the conditions in the present; as we find. The effects of the toxic forces and poisons from lack of elimination, combined with congestion, produce through the pelvis and the areas in distress the greater disturbances.

3. In some ways conditions are improved; in others in the immediate they are not so well as when we last had same here.

4. These are the conditions as we find them in the present with this body:

5. In the blood supply, this the distresses as indicated makes for some little temperature - but is from poisons and cold rather than from any condition within the blood stream itself.

6. This makes for congestion in the liver area, and the weakness in the prostate area; as well as the lower hepatic circulation gives distress. And these indications are from disorders or disturbances in the circulatory system.

7. In the nervous system, the anxieties of the body as combined with the disorders make for the conditions being more acute.

8. As we would find in the present, disregarding as it were all - only using those that have been given as a direction and where they check with same, these we would apply in this particular time:

9. First we would have each evening a massage across the lumbar area, across the lower portion portion of the abdomen - and while shielding the scrotum area, massage across the areas through which those glandular forces of the system here pass, see? with an equal combination of Mutton Suet or Mutton Tallow (melted), Spirits of Turpentine, Spirits of Camphor and Compound Tincture of Benzoin. Then we would apply a dry heat, preferably heavy salt in pads heated, or the electric pad front and back. Do this for fifteen to

twenty minutes each evening for a period of three to four days. Then if the condition is eased, rest for a week and then apply these again.

10. We would also use EACH day for periods of three to four weeks the Radio-Active Appliance as has been indicated for the body.

11. We would have those periods of using the eliminants, but varied. At times use the Zilatone. The day when this is used, take two tablets after the noon meal, two tablets upon retiring. If these act well with the system, then use a high enema the next day to eliminate all of the poisons from the colon area.

12. The next week we would use an active force as in the Fletcher's Castoria; a small size bottle of same taken in the three doses during the afternoon - two hours apart.

13. We would also after this use the enemas. And in the enemas have soda and salt. To each quart of water (the temperature of the body) put half a teaspoonful of soda and a level teaspoonful of table salt. Dissolve this very thoroughly. In the last water, or after there has been injected and expelled the soda-salt solution for the cleansing, we would use the Glyco-Thymoline; these enemas we would use a soft rectal tube rather than the hard tube; or a very soft rectal tube with the hard rubber, that there may not be an irritation to the glandular forces through these areas of the system.

14. Also we would have the corrections given, neuropathically or osteopathically; not only the GENERAL treatments but extend to the lower lumbar and throughout or down the whole length of the limbs, and ESPECIALLY those movements to the feet that will remove this strain as produced by the body from the pressure upon the pelvic regions from making for the movements that cause nerve tension through the lower limbs, producing the trembly sensation, producing the activities to the circulation as to disturb the heart. But these as we find are organically not disturbed, but functional sympathetic reaction causes the disturbance.

15. In the diet follow very closely to those things that have been indicated. Beware of too much of sugar and too much of fat foods or fried foods, or fats of any kind. These work hardships upon those weaknesses, as we have indicated, in the liver and the pancreas and spleen area. Hence these should be almost tabu by the system as part of the diet.

16. In doing these as we find we may bring the better conditions for this body, [1196].

17. Ready for questions.

18. (Q) Is my condition serious? (A) This depends upon the taking of the precautions necessary to relieve the disturbances. Not necessarily serious if the proper precautions are taken.

19. (Q) Any spiritual advice? (A) Keep always those constructive forces, and let not fear enter into any of the activities in any direction. For these usually do bring, and have brought, confusion to the body.
