Time of Reading 11:30 to 11:50 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Ohio. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [1197].
2. As we find, there are disturbing conditions in the physical functionings of the body. These as we find are of a hidden nature, and the effects of the disturbances have been that to which applications have been made for the corrections; hence have given only temporary relief.
3. These then are the conditions as we find them with this body, [1197] we are speaking of:
4. In the blood supply we find there are indications that there have been and are hindrances in portions of the system, so that toxic forces have been as an accumulation from drosses or poisons. These being taken by the lymph circulation show that either in a change of an atmospheric pressure, cold or congestion, or by the body being in draft, toxic forces as arise from the assimilations for the increasing or overacidity as comes from poor eliminations through alimentary canal, these congestions, these poisons in portions of the system make for pressures in the muscular forces. As in the arms, in the lower limbs or other portions of the body; and these pressures or the soreness of the nerve centers themselves then are the EFFECT and NOT causes - as is sometimes indicated.
5. The nerve systems suffer. Hence we find there is the involvement of the deeper nerve forces or the locomotory nerve centers from the cerebrospinal, as well as the branches or connections between same of the cerebrospinal AND the vegetative nerve systems - as indicated by the soreness as indicated in the nerve forces in portions of the shoulder blade, other times it may be for the extremities, other times it may be in the neck and the head. All of these then are effects.
6. To get to the basic conditions of these, then, as we find:
7. In times back, when there were the changes in the
1197-1 Page 2
eliminating forces of the body (the period changes), there were given to the body those things of the sedative natures as well as of corrective measures in stimulations to portions of the bodily functions. These depressions or these congested areas, as indicated through the gall duct area, through the lacteal ducts as related to their general centers as well as their distribution through portions of the digestive forces, of the jejunum and portions even of the duodenum, all show the tendencies for the accumulations of these poisons. And thus by their very slow form of the lymph circulation they become, as it were, inflamed; producing pressures in portions of the system and thus making for not only a tendency towards moroseness but for the tendencies to be alone, tendency to brood at times over conditions. All of these are reflexes from those general disturbances with this body, [1197] we are speaking of.
8. In the functioning to the organs themselves we find the very condition as indicated as to the lymph circulation, or as to the sensory forces, the throat, the eyes, the ears, the feelings. All have suffered and do suffer more or less, though the body does not always become aware of same, owing to the lack of the supplying of nutriments to those portions of the bodily functionings.
9. In the general activity of the central nervous system, as related to the organs themselves, the throat, bronchi, lungs, larynx, all show for periods when the disturbed circulation and nerve forces have their reaction upon the metabolism and the katabolism of the system.
10. Digestive forces become very easily upset at times owing to the poor eliminations as produced by the poor digestive forces, and assimilations then make for the disturbance through poisons being accumulative in the system.
11. The activity of the liver and lungs with the heart's activity is slowed up, and hence we will find there are periods when shortness of breath, a fullness across the diaphragm, becomes as a disturbing condition for the body.
12. The extremities in relationships to these make for a great deal of distress for the activities of the bodily forces themselves.
13. The gall duct area, the lacteal ducts, the colon area, all show areas of congestion.
14. As we would find, in eliminating these disturbances:
15. First there will be a cleansing of the system. This done in a more specific manner, as we find, may bring at first a little irritation. Yet if these applications would be carried through entirely, we will find there will not only be help and aid but the causes may EVENTUALLY be
1197-1 Page 3
removed; though it will require a period of watchfulness and the meeting of emergencies at those periods when distresses in portions of the body arise - and these may be eliminated entirely.
16. First we would begin and have in the first month about three colonic irrigations. These should be taken in a manner in which there is not too great a strain upon the body. Do not attempt to relieve or to remove ALL the fecal forces in such a manner as to produce irritation through the colon, but this MUST be cleansed.
17. Then we would have about one a month for a period of three or four months, see? Use a saline in the waters, and do not have this too hot. We would also use an antiseptic, as Glyco-Thymoline or Petrolagar, stirred well in the last rinse water when such colonics are given.
18. After the fecal forces have been cleansed sufficient for same (which should be done in about two weeks), then we would begin with the vibrations that are had from the Wet Cell Appliance carrying the Atomidine into the system.
19. The attachments would be made once each day, but not until about two or three weeks (after the system has been cleansed), in this manner:
20. The smaller or copper plate would be attached first, to the 4th lumbar; while the larger or cup plate - through which the Atomidine solution passes (commercial strength, about six ounces in the solution) - would be attached last, to the umbilicus and gall duct area or plexus; for thirty minutes each evening.
21. Also, after the Appliance has been started to be used, we would begin with taking internally small quantities of the Atomidine; one minim of morning before any meal is taken, in half a glass of water. Take this for a week. Then leave same off a week, then take it for another week, and then rest from same a week. Continue same in this manner for a period of two or three months.
22. Be mindful of the diet, that there are not the combinations of starches with citrus fruit juices, or the combinations of fat meats with starches. These make for the use of the varied activities and cause a superacidity.
23. For the fullness that sometimes occurs after meals, it would be well that about a quarter teaspoonful of Alcaroid be taken - after the meal at which this occurs; not at every meal, only when this fullness or tendency towards indigestion occurs.
24. Do this for a period of sixty days, recharging the Appliance every twenty-eight days; then we would give further instructions.

25. We are through with this reading. Copy to Husband " " Ass'n file (See letter with directions [which was enclosed] to Hydrotherapist for giving the colonic irrigations. See letter with directions [which was enclosed] to the H.R.R. Corp, for making up type Appliance mentioned. Let us know when the treatments have been followed for the period indicated, so we may make an appointment for a Check Reading. GD.)
