Time of Reading 11:20 to 11:35 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1206].
2. As we find, the general physical forces of the body are very good. While there are those reactions at times of a nervous nature, of the nervous temperament, as we find there is little that needs correction that will not in a normal manner correct itself with the proper precautions as to the physical and mental activities of the body in a normal manner, and a regulated diet that does not tend to become such as to make for too quick a development in some direction.
3. The overtaxation of glandular forces, rather than the under secretions of same, causes the nervous reactions that occur at times.
4. Hence we would find that while stimulations may be well in the bodies in the relationships to this body the developments do not require exactly the same nature or character of same. As there are then these disturbances that arise occasionally, then be mindful in the exercises, whether of the physical or of the mental; that they are not such as to make for a strain or an aggravation to the mental forces. Not that they are to be given into in every instance, but too much routine for this body will produce more tendencies towards abnormalities than if the regular routine were kept and not urging through stimulations by the use of iodines of ANY sort in the system for the glandular reactions.
5. While the normal diet will be better for THIS body, there are the necessities of some about the body having a more specific diet - and directed toward specific reactions to be created in the development for the system. This will require a well-balanced diet, about eighty percent of the foods being alkalin reacting to twenty percent of the acid reacting. Yet with the developing body there are the necessities for more of the carbohydrates than would be in most developing bodies.

For the energies and the activities are such that these require the fuels for the reactions in these directions.
6. Hence as we find, if there are the periods for the manipulations and corrections that are outline, and the regular activities in the open, the regular routines for the physical and mental developments, these may keep this body, [1206] in a near normal way and manner of developments.
7. Ready for questions.
8. (Q) Would she and her BROTHER [1188] and SISTER [1179] be as well off with two straight months at the seashore this summer, or would it be better to have six weeks of seashore at "Point O' Woods," Long Island, and three weeks in the Noyes Camp in Conn.? (A) When all things are considered, as we find, the straight activities about the seashore; taking into consideration the other bodies and their development. But during such periods, few of those that carry excesses of iodine should be given ANY of these bodies.
9. (Q) Would it be advisable for Dolly Pam, masseur, at 5 East 54th St., N.Y.C., to treat this body - and others at the [1206] seashore Cottage once a week, through July and August? (A) This should be sufficient, for the efficiency of the body of Dolly Pam is very good. And there should not be, as we have indicated, an over stimulation to glandular forces in this particular body - while in those of the others, as indicated, there are the needs for the proper balance in the blood supply.
10. (Q) Is it advisable for her to resume her exercises with Mrs. Bluestone? (A) These are very good, for the grace, the activities of the body itself, the general developments, are maintained through these exercises.
11. (Q) Are osteopathic treatments advisable for her? (A) Not through these periods when the masseur and the general corrections are made. These may be necessary later but not through these periods.
12. (Q) Is "Bio" (iodine in organic combination) an efficacious product? (A) Efficacious product in the conditions where it is needed. Not needed for this body during these periods.
13. (Q) Should it be given to her brother [1188] or sister [1179]? (A) Provided these periods are spent at the seashore, no. If they are spent in camp, be very good.

in a constructive way and manner. Let the basis of the activities physical and mental have their inception through the spiritual trainings as combined. But give to this body in each of its Do's or Don't's the reason for same.
