Time of Reading 4:10 to 4:40 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions which may be submitted, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before.

3. As we find, there have been many changes in the general physical forces of the body. Some have been very well. Others as we find, under varying circumstances, have brought about disturbing influences and conditions.

4. In the activities of the glandular system, with the developing changes in the body, a stimulation that has at times been overactive in portions of the glandular force has produced at times in the circulation an unbalancing which appeared to make the body allergic to temperature, to sudden changes.

5. This as we find, when it would be analyzed into chemical changes, is the production of too great a quantity of potash in the system.

6. Hence the inclinations at times for the disturbance in the superficial circulation; the nausea, those conditions where there has been the activity of organs as stimulated to such an extent as to produce THROUGH the system the disturbing conditions.

7. As we find then in the present, there needs to be conditions - or activities in directions in which conditions are considered more as a ONENESS of coordinative influence.

8. Material corrections, then, as we find, may be more thoroughly made by mechanical adjustments; not so much by the osteopath as by the masseur or the naturopath that would follow more the nerve ends from the coordinant centers in the cerebrospinal system, with the sympathetic or the vegetative nerve force.

9. These would be combined then with the influences where glandular system is stimulated, yes - but in a manner in

1206-9 Page 2

which there will be more of a cleansing influence; as may be had from small quantities of the Atomidine without too much of those as vitamines that are taken WITH or during the periods this is taken in the system - but rather those of such natures from the general diet that would be considered.

10. The manipulative and the corrective forces as with the masseur, or the application of the neuropathic massage, would be in the form of about three times a week for periods of two to three weeks; left off for a similar length of time, and then followed again.

11. When the Atomidine is taken for the purifying of the glandular system, it would be taken one minim in half a glass of water of morning before any meal is taken, for five days. Then leave off for three days. Then take for a ten day period the Codiron, (leaving off the Atomidine, you see) which carries the same cod liver oil, iron, and vitamines A, B, C, D and G; making for an activity in assimilation that is a most perfect balance for conditions where circulatory forces have been or are inclined to be in the nature of lacking in proper building for energies.

12. Then leave off the Codiron for a few days before beginning Atomidine again; just as we would leave off the Atomidine for a few days before beginning the Codiron, see. The Atomidine makes for a cleansing of the activity of the glandular system, while the Codiron makes for a general toning of the system.

13. In this manner, as we find, would be the better manner for the conditions in the present.

14. When the Codiron is taken, it would be taken with the meal; this about two or three tablets each day that these are taken. They may be taken in the two meals or all in the one, as is desired by the body.

15. Throughout these periods we would have a well-balanced diet; as:

16. Mornings - citrus fruit juices or (but not at the same meal, or on the same day) whole wheat cereal and barley or rice and barley or such as these.

17. Then at one period of the day, whether the noon or the evening meal, have a green vegetable salad as a part of the diet. Fruits, as grapes, pears, apricots and the like are well to be a part of the meal, or between the meals. These should be altered or changed as the appetite calls for same.

18. Vegetables that are of the leafy nature are the more preferable through those periods when these are a part of the meal. These are preferable to any of dried foods of beans or the like in this particular season. The green vegetables are well, so long as they are not treated with

1206-9 Page 3

any chemical for the preserving of same or for the color of same. This with the general sensitiveness of the body produces disturbing conditions in the superficial circulation.

19. As for meats - fish, fowl or lamb - or when practical the wild game would always be desirable. Little or no fried foods should be in the diet, though of course cakes - as buckwheat, whole wheat or corn cakes may be a part of the diet; these well balanced through the varied meals or periods.

20. The sweets would be preferably honey.

21. Do these, and as we find we may expect and we may have the better reactions for this body.

22. Ready for questions.

23. (Q) What about liver? (A) Liver is very well for the body. But as we find, with the stimuli from the iron and the cod liver oil in CODIRON, this is not so well for THIS particular body; though it may occasionally be a part of the diet.

24. (Q) What about red meats? (A) Preferably no red meats.

25. (Q) What about adding egg yolks? (A) Egg yolks are very well. This may be taken as a part of the morning meal. Especially is this well if they are cooked hard, then mashed or eaten with those things that make it more palatable. The sulphur here is especially desirable, as also the elements that aid in digestion.

26. (Q) Is she drinking enough water? (A) Water should be used for the body, in drinking.

27. (Q) Should she continue soy-bean milk and no cow's milk? (A) This as we find would be rather governed by the own appetite. For here we have a condition that at times does not work well with other influences. But if there is a desire for same, in preference to the cow's milk, the system will balance itself.

28. (Q) Should she continue two of Dr. Black's tablets daily? (A) The one that has the more of the vegetable is well, the other is not so well. We would say the ONE would be preferable than the two.

29. (Q) Is that the Seelax? (A) The Seelax is better.

30. (Q) Are there any physical activities she should discontinue or new ones she should start? (A) As we find, the physical activities are very well in keeping with the general development and with those changes to be wrought through such a process as indicated.

31. (Q) Is she getting sufficient outdoor exercise? If

1206-9 Page 4

not, how should she increase it? (A) Have as much of that in the sun as is practical or possible. But upon damp, cold or damp days when too much of the other forces enter into the atmospheric reaction, then the sunlight or the violet light should be a part of the treatments with the massage - or the body should lie under same.

32. (Q) What about beginning exercises in January with Mrs. Bluestone? (A) These as we find if GRADUALLY taken on, and not too much at once, will be well.

33. (Q) What about going to Dr. Mary Miller in N.Y. and following her recommendations? (A) We would not advise this for THIS body. The variations here would be the character of adjustments, and thus we would give - as indicated - rather the specific following of the ends of the nerves through massage, then specific ADJUSTMENTS. Hence we would preferably have these such as may be had through Reilly's Service, or through a masseur where the lights may be a part of the treatment.

34. (Q) What about Nordgren in ...? (A) If they will follow this particular LINE of activity, well. If they follow so much of that which is their GENERAL practice, not so good!

35. (Q) Who would you recommend for such massage? (A) As indicated.

36. (Q) At Reilly's? (A) At Reilly's, or such an one where there will be consideration given that as suggested from here.

37. (Q) Can you give the name of a naturopath who would follow out the instructions in or near ...? (A) We do not find one here - unless there was a great deal of training given. Hence we find much better consideration would be given, if it is practical, under the direction of those who would care for same. There may be directions from Reilly's TO those from such a source for their closer activity.

38. (Q) Would it be advantageous for entity to go to Florida this winter? (A) Be VERY WELL; for there the more of the rays and the sand would be beneficial.

39. (Q) Would appreciate further suggestions to do away with [1206]'s warts. Efforts have been made to follow former instructions given thru this channel without success. (A) We would use, then, a ten percent solution of C.P. Hydrochloric; this used or applied about twice each week, with a straw or glass stopper or the like.

40. (Q) You would not advise further X-ray treatments, or

1206-9 Page 5

hypnotism by Dr. Hardwicke [Henry S. W. Hardwicke, M.D.] or Dr. Garrett [Thomas L. Garrett, Ph.D. (Psychologist)] to rid her of the warts? (A) These as we find will interfere with the periods of expression through which the ENTITY is passing. Hence the chemical rather than the suggestive method for this particular entity AT this period.

41. (Q) Have you any further advice to stabilize the health of this child thru the winter months? (A) As we find, if these instructions and suggestions are followed in the spirit in which these are given in their general intent, we will find there should be a greater period of development and advancement for the body than has been experienced for some time.
