Time of Reading 10:40 to 10:55 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes.

3. As we find, the general normal physical forces of the body are very good. There should not be any great stress laid upon any particular portion, as to make the body - in its present developing period - become more conscious of one activity of the physical organism than of another - other than the preparations necessary for the general changes which are coming about.

4. There should be the normal activity in the air, the sunshine, and as much outside as possible; with sufficient rest but not to become overanxious as to same; and a consistency as to a well-balanced diet for a developing body.

5. These as we find should keep the body near to normal developing - rather than applications of this or that, either of drugs or of special treatments, as to make the body become OVERCONSCIOUS of certain disturbances or activities; for these are the natural results of the greater developments, and as we find will - if given the opportunity - keep a normal balance in a well developing body.

6. Ready for questions.

7. (Q) Does body eat too much sugar and candy, or not enough? (A) This is very well balanced at present; and, as indicated, do not let the body become AWARE of an attitude as to too much sugar or the like, see? either by suggestion or by activity; though precautions generally are necessary, as for those in the environs of the body. When sweets are taken, we find that honey or maple sugar, or candies made with beet sugar, are preferable to cane sugar. Soy Bean Milk, or soy bean products, would be very good for this body, but do not make it over CONSCIOUS of same.

Drink plenty of water at all times. Then, with proper activity in the air, physically, and plenty of exercise, we find that better eliminations will be established and better activities through the system.

8. (Q) What causes blue-red circles under eyes? How correct? (A) The unbalanced condition in the lower hepatic circulation, or that inclination for the reaction from the pancrean activity to make for excesses in body-eliminations. Hence as we find, the only other changes we would make in the diet would be to add a little Jerusalem artichoke to the diet once or twice a week - not too much; preferably raw. This will have effect upon the quantity of sugars naturally desired by the body.

9. (Q) What habits can body change to improve her condition? (A) As we find, and as indicated, be more consistent with the exercises and the normal developments, without there being the accentuation of any physical portion, or activities as related to bodily functions, as to STRESS same in the imaginative body, see?

10. (Q) Should eating habits or menus be changed? (A) Only as has been indicated.

11. (Q) Should she take any osteopathic treatments, or massage? (A) Once or twice a month, a good, thorough massage for the body in the present, will be better than osteopathic adjustments or treatments - as we find in the present needs of the body.

12. (Q) Should she lie with head lower than feet fifteen minutes daily? (A) No!

13. (Q) What further suggestions to help her build and maintain a more perfect body and balanced health? (A) Do as has been indicated. Study the body-development of the age and needs of activities, without ACCENTUATING same other than as the NORMAL forces for a normal system's development! For the body is very good in the present.

14. (Q) How can body acquire better elimination? (A) By better activities in its daily exercises and influences for the better eliminations.

15. (Q) Any further advice? (A) Do those things indicated, and these will be sufficient if there will be used consistency with them.
