1. GC: You will answer the questions regarding this body, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1206].

3. Ready for questions.

4. (Q) What suggestions for eating to build better blood and more vitality? (A) Not that these would be all, but we would have these as part of the daily diet: Mornings - either citrus fruits with rice cakes and syrup or honey afterwards; or cereals - whole wheat, cracked wheat, cut oats or the like, with the yolk of an egg; and some cereal drink. Noons - whole combination salads; some days fruit, other days vegetables; and broths with barley in same - these, of course, altered from time to time. Evenings - either fowl, fish or lamb; combined with the greater quantity of vegetables grown above the ground, rather than under the ground. Being mindful that these are a part of the daily diet, the body should build to a very, very good condition. For, as we find, little is lacking save in keeping the proper attitude towards conditions and appetites.

5. (Q) Are Unicap Vitamin Capsules advisable? (A) As we find, here we would preferably use A and D tablets, or the Vitamins as of One A Day Tablets, and one a day is all that is needed to be taken.

6. (Q) Is liver advisable? (A) Occasionally; about once or twice a week.

7. (Q) What foods should body avoid? (A) As just indicated, let those foods outlined be a part of the diet. Then, these being taken, the body will be avoiding most of those that are not best.

8. (Q) What suggestions for summer? How and where would it be best for her to spend the summer? (A) Let that be rather the choice of the body for good recreational activities, and most of that outside.

9. (Q) What other suggestions? (A) Keep constructive attitudes, and we should bring better forces for this body.
