1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes.
3. As we find, conditions physical, mental and spiritual are developing very good with this body.
4. The body has ideals. The IDEAS often clash with others', which causes some complexities; but the body adjusts itself very well.
5. If the body will budget its time more regularly - not as habit, but as regularity - we find it will give more time for ALL of those developments that are a part of the body's experience in the present. So much time for study, so much time for recreation, so much time for relaxation. And have the relaxation in the open when practical.
6. And when there are the dark or damp days, have the exercise under the white or ultra-violet light, but at such distance that it makes for the advantage of just working in same.
7. For this body, particularly, we would take the combinations of the vitamins as compounded in what is called Zirone (?) [Zyrone?] [See 1206-14, Par. R1.]. This is a liquid preparation, not in pellets or capsules as the other indicated for some here in this environment of this body, but it is the correct combination for this particular body. And it is not too bad to take!
8. These as we find, with those regular recreations for mind, for body, for study, and for its developing in all forms or manners, are well.

10. (Q) Do I get headaches resulting from my eyes? What can be done for them? (A) It is more from vexations than from the eyestrain, but these will be better if there is the regular change and not filling in or irregular habits in the study. And, we would take the head and neck exercise.

The present glasses, when used in studying or reading, should be all right.
11. (Q) Does my breathing need improvement, and how? (A) Only as that part of the regular exercise in the exercises taken for posture.
12. (Q) Do I get enough outdoor exercise? (A) Balance it better, as we have indicated.
13. (Q) Do I need more rest? (A) Balance it better, as given. As we find, as the body will find, if there are the regular changes, to change the mind in its activity brings almost as much rest as just lolling, and much better rest than lolling about. Do those things as we have indicated.
14. (Q) Is there something I should give up at school to enable me to have more time spent on my health? (A) We would add more, rather than giving up! but let it be of the regular, happy way; that is, if it is necessary - or if there is too much in the school work to balance the varied forms of activity, then give up what is required to, see? but do budget yourself. Have a regular time to rise, a regular time to rest, a regular time for the exercise, a regular time for use of voice, regular time for use of hands, regular time for the recreation of the mind, for the reading, the studying, dancing, and those associations with others, the exercising in the open and all. But be consistent about it - don't make it haphazard.
