1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time with suggestions for further corrective measures, answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1206]; this we have had before.
3. As we find, conditions are very good in many respects. There are those tendencies indicated that are well to be mindful of, but not so mindful of that there are too many administrations, as to cause the body to become so dependent upon administrations that the assimilating system and the glandular system do not take from that which is assimilated the properties sufficient for reproduction of glandular activity and assimilating and distributing of energies through the body.
4. There are still those tendencies for lack of proper eliminations, but don't so oversupply the system with irritations or laxatives which constantly irritate the mucous membrane and circulation through the alimentary canal. The necessity for there being daily eliminations is correct, but don't depend upon one administration. Do take the Salts occasionally and the lemon water occasionally, but not each day. These we would control more by the diet.
5. We would add more raw vegetables, more fruits, more which are laxative; as prunes, pieplant, such things. The rhubarb stewed, rhubarb pie in various manners is excellent, especially at this period of the year. Especially fruits and vegetables, change about, and we will have bettered conditions for the eliminations.
6. We would keep the exercises for the eyes alternating, being careful through the sunshine periods especially, then altering the lenses for helpfulness when reading or studying or close work on the inside.
7. There should be kept the exercise, and there should be the regular setting up exercises; the stretching of the

abdomen, as the exercise with feet against the wall; hands on the floor, raise and circle the body itself. This will keep the abdomen and the hips in correct position and keep body muscles through the hips and abdomen in such conditions and positions as to make for much better activity in all the organs of the pelvis, the abdominal area. These we would do and control by this. This done would be better than by mechanical means or administrations of other things.
8. When there are those tendencies for the lack of appetite, increase it by the use of Zyrone. This is to be taken as has been indicated for the body before, in such manners. For it adds iron and all of the vitamins B. These properties are to be taken, say, for five, ten to fifteen days; leave off, then take again.
9. These do, and we'll keep better conditions for the body.

11. (Q) Shall I take the vitamin B complex? (A) Not until there is less sunshine in the experience of the body. When there is the sunshine, as A, D and B, we will find these add sufficient to the body.
12. (Q) How can I overcome my craving and hunger for wrong kinds of food? (A) Proper exercises, as has been outlined and indicated for the body.
13. (Q) What can I do to avoid further tooth trouble? (A) Add to the body-forces more of the calcium. These we would find particularly in shell fish, bony pieces of chicken, meats occasionally, but not too much of fats. These should be strengthened also by the exercise of the gums; also by supplying vitamins and minerals necessary for the body-forces.
14. (Q) Any further suggestions for my best growth and development? (A) Do those things as has must been indicated. The exercises, particularly the setting up exercise, see? These be persistent with daily. Walking is good exercise, all outdoor activities such as tennis, croquet, riding, swimming. All of these are good but a few minutes morning and evening of the setting up, at least three times each week the abdominal exercise.
