Time of Reading 4:15 to 4:20 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Mass.
1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions which may be submitted, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes.
3. As we find, there has come about that which we have indicated was to be prevented - from the lack of consistency in keeping the coordination between the superficial and deeper circulation, both as to nerve impulse and blood supply as well.
4. Thus, the arterial circulation has been so overfilled as to cause seepages through the thinned walls.
5. We would have, consistently, for periods of two to three weeks, the hydrotherapy treatments; these especially consisting of the hot and cold water applications, with a thorough rubdown, especially along the cerebrospinal system, and through the locomotaries and the limbs where disturbances reign.
6. After such treatments we would use as a part of the massage (but massage the body thoroughly before, you see, but in the latter portion we would) - apply an equal combination of Olive Oil and Peanut Oil (added in the order named), as a stimuli to the centers and to the muscular forces. These properties will be absorbed sufficient to materially aid the body in better strengthening the tissue, causing less of the strain, and eventually being a great deal of help.
7. These would be given twice a week for two to three weeks, then left off for a week to ten days - then begin again.
8. Be mindful that there is sufficient of the activity attempted to keep the mental forces in a constructive way and manner.
9. In the diet we would keep away from the too-fattening foods, but keep to those wherein the calorie content is not so great as to produce too much fat - or heaviness.
10. These as we find would bring the better influences and

forces for this body.
11. Ready for questions.
