Time of Reading 4:00 to 4:10 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Mass. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [1215]; this we have had before.
2. As we find, there continues to be improvements in the general physical forces of the body.
3. Necessarily these are slow, yet nerve ends in the cerebrospinal system are being bridged; and there is gradually coming more of the ability for movement of portions of the body.
4. There is, to be sure, at times more acuteness - or the more awareness of pressures. This at times may aggravate, but these are indications that the manipulations are being effectively carried on; just so they are not made in such a manner as to break the bridgement in the structural portions of the body.
5. As for the exercises and the diets, these should be kept much in the manner that has been indicated.
6. Keep in the open as much as possible.
7. Do not take unnecessary activities that would cause accidental reaction.
8. But keep in that same mental attitude, with the attitudes that have been indicated. Let the Creative Forces, the Divine Love be the ruling factors in the experience; and, as has been given, with each influence let the attitude or prayer be:
9. "LORD, USE ME IN THE WAY, THE MANNER AS THOU SEEST THAT I MAY BE OF THE GREATER SERVICE OR HELP TO MY FELLOW MAN."
10. Ready for questions.
11. (Q) Have we found the right osteopath and is the treatment the kind that was recommended? (A) As indicated, these treatments are well. We would keep these, in the periods that have been outlined. As to the Appliance, we would - to be sure - make this ACTIVE by keeping the anodes clean, firm but not tight when attached to body.

12. (Q) Would it be helpful to have Dr. Mixter called in again? (A) Not necessary as we find, for it would only create some disturbing influences in the minds of some.
13. (Q) Does the physiotherapist still give him valuable assistance? (A) This is very good, but if the osteopathic treatments are kept we find that the nurse's attention would be equally as efficient.
14. (Q) Is the swimming he has attempted good for him, and are there any suggestions in regard to it? (A) Only those precautions of not taking too much chances. The swimming is excellent, if there is not the attempt to gain too great a movement - so as to break or undo the feelers or nerve ends that are abridging the condition.
15. (Q) Would the work in the pool at Warm Springs, Ga., be of any help? (A) Not particularly.
16. (Q) Have just read an article of the fine work of Mr. Berry [Berry School for Boys?] in California. Is there anything in it for [1215]? (A) These activities in the present surroundings and associations, as we find, with the present mechanical applications by the osteopath, are preferable for this body.
17. (Q) [1215]'s diet is varied as to meat, vegetables and fruit, but he has practically no sugar, as he will not have it in its original form and will eat no made desserts. He has one slice of toast for breakfast and some potato with his dinner. (A) As has been indicated, the diet is very good. Just keep the balance.
18. (Q) He is quite thin. Is this as it should be? (A) This is very good; if there is sufficient strength and vitality, this is not a disturbing condition in the activities for the body in the present.
19. (Q) What does his excessive perspiration signify? (A) Better superficial circulation. Keep those things that have been indicated.
