Time of Reading 11:00 to 11:10 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here.

3. There are many changes in the general physical forces of this body since last we had same here. Not many of these are for the betterment; save as in the general mental attitude.

4. In the general physical force we find there are unbalancings in the metabolism of the system. This affects the circulation between the heart, the liver and the kidneys. Part of this arises from general constitutional conditions and overtaxing of the body at times, and much from the toxic forces coming from conditions about the teeth, throat and head.

5. We find that the conditions should be corrected with the throat, head and neck - and most of this may be done by the dentist.

6. THEN we would have six osteopathic adjustments to stimulate the coordinating centers along the cerebrospinal system, where they coordinate more certainly with the sympathetic system; the 3rd and 4th cervical, the 2nd, 3rd and 4th dorsal, and the 9th dorsal and lumbar axis.

7. These as we find will materially aid the superficial circulation, where there are those tendencies for too full or too slow a vein circulation, or the returning of the circulation to the liver and the heart.

8. If these are kept periodically, we find that they will materially keep down this disturbed metabolism, that is being disturbed toward heart reaction.

9. Ready for questions.

10. (Q) What causes pain in chest? (A) It is rather the nature of a thrombosis; that is, the circulation between the heart and the liver; not from the lungs at all.

11. (Q) What causes scant and painful urination? (A) As just indicated, the disturbed circulation between the heart, the liver and the kidneys; and the system's attempting to adjust the conditions through a stimulated heart circulation is increasing the pressure, thus taking away from the kidneys their proper functioning. With the stimulating first by the corrective measures in gums, mouth and throat, and then the coordinating in the centers indicated where the organs of elimination are stimulated, these conditions will be found to improve materially; otherwise we may find those activities becoming more and more severe, requiring the body to keep very quiet - for it is engorging the heart. The conditions in the liver are a part of that through the abdomen and lower portion of the stomach also. Do as indicated, and don't be too slow about getting started with it - else you'll be sorry!

12. (Q) Any special diet? (A) Keep away from fats, and from meats - save fish or fowl, and these never fried. No white potatoes, white bread or pastries; keep away from these. These should be very, very rarely taken; though ice cream or ices are not harmful in moderation.

13. (Q) Restlessness, inability to sleep at night? Tired feeling, no energy? (A) The general conditions from the toxic forces, as indicated.

14. (Q) Were all of my female organs removed by operation several years ago, or do I have any left? (A) Only a partial activity of same is seen.

15. (Q) Do I have adhesions, as the doctors say? (A) There are some adhesions; however, these are NOT the disturbances.

16. (Q) What osteopath would you suggest for this body? (A) Irvin.

17. (Q) Any further suggestions? (A) Do these, and do them NOW!

18. We are through for the present. [Questions answered without being asked: What causes continual pain in stomach?] Copy to Self (two copies; one for Dr. C. W. Irvin, " " Ass'n file Bankers Trust Bldg. Norfolk, Va.)
