1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes.

3. Now as we find, conditions are some improved since last we had same here.

4. However, as was indicated, there should be sufficient of the colonics as to eliminate all of mucous from the colon. Then, with the general relaxing to the upper portions of the body, and with the general stimulations for eliminations through alimentary canal to the lower portion, we would relieve that tension upon the heart's activity or circulation.

5. This has NOT been accomplished as fully as is practical or possible.

6. And with the return to the general sedentary activities, these would return very easily.

7. As WE find, there should be at least two more of these before making a change.

8. Of course, there should not be too great a dilation, nor too much quantity of water used at a time, but sufficient; and a gentle massage of the colon when the water is in same should relieve and remove more of this tendency for the mucous formations that still exist in the area - that is primarily the cause of the disturbance in the circulation between heart and liver.

9. For, as the body through the assimilating and eliminating forces of the body rejuvenates nerve energies and activities, these will aid in these directions.

10. Ready for questions.

11. (Q) Is it satisfactory for body to return to ... May 9th? (A) If so desired, do so. As we find, it would be better if the colonic irrigations were completed before returning.

12. (Q) How frequently should routine for osteopathic treatments, cabinet sweats and massage be followed there? (A) Ten days or two weeks, when returning to ... - that far apart.

13. (Q) Should body drink more vegetable juices than it is now taking? If so which, and how much? (A) As we find, unless there is the removal of those accumulations in the colon, vegetable juices will form more gas. But these may be taken more if there is the removal of the sources of tendencies for gas being formed. But the cooked vegetables for this body are much preferable to too much of juices alone.

14. (Q) Could body eat eggs with her breakfast? (A) If only the yolk and not the white is taken.

15. (Q) Could toast be taken with citrus fruits in morning? (A) It COULD be taken, but is it best for the body - this should be rather the question? Whole wheat toast may be taken with the egg or with crisp bacon, but let the citrus fruit juice be taken some twenty to thirty minutes before such is served or eaten.

16. (Q) Any other suggestions for improving diet? (A) These as indicated, as we find. Just refrain from fats and from too much sweets; though the natural sweets or fruits of the like are well - but not too much cane sugars.

17. (Q) Any suggestions for insuring good daily bowel movements? (A) First, as indicated, remove those disturbances which have hindered peristaltic movements. The manipulations to stimulate - or rather to relax the body in the upper portion, from the 1st dorsals upward, and for stimulating activity from that area downward, will tend to stimulate better bowel movement. Of course, prune whip - and just eating prunes, also figs, also figs and dates and the like in their combinations, - will tend to aid in better eliminations. If necessary, use Senna tea at times to aid daily eliminations; making the Senna Leaf tea - at bedtime.

18. (Q) In what ways can body improve carrying out these instructions? (A) By just doing the things suggested - that will be the better way for carrying them out!
