1. GC: You will give the physical conditions of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1224]; this we have had before.
3. As we find, conditions have altered somewhat. Yet, as we find, the greater anxiety may be felt as regarding the variation in the metabolism of the system, and those necessities that this be kept nearer normal.
4. While it may be necessary at times to resort to stimulants, we would refrain from these as much as practical; and use those means and manners for keeping the eliminations regulated - by the diet and the hydrotherapy to keep the nearer normal balance.
5. Ready for questions.
6. (Q) Any changes in diet suggested? (A) Only that there be kept the diet to aid in stimulating good eliminations; that is, such as figs and fruits, pie plant when practical - in all its ways of preparation; grapes - all these are well as parts of the diet.
7. (Q) Is the treatment advised by Dr. Crum at present satisfactory? (A) This, as we find, so far as it is in keeping with those suggestions here indicated, is very good.
8. (Q) Would massage be advised; if so, how often? (A) At least once a week a good thorough massage is advisable. For, with the irregularities that arise from such conditions, there are tendencies for static conditions to be established in various portions of the body - owing to cycle of circulation. And this will prevent the disturbances which arise in extremities, whether in the lower limbs or in arms and shoulders. Thus such stimulation is well.
9. (Q) Should this be done by Kozeley or Bachus? (A) This should be the choice of the body, as to which of these makes for the better stimulation for a better activity for the body. If there is the general stimulation in areas

that relate to locomotory activities, either of these may be well.
10. (Q) Any other changes or additions? (A) These as we find will keep the better conditions for this body.
