Time of Reading 3:10 to 3:20 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1225].

2. In many respects conditions show improvements. In others there is still rather the lack of that coordination in the assimilating forces of the body to produce those proper balances between the white blood, the red blood, and especially in the vitality or activity as makes for the functioning through the glandular forces of the organs as related to the assimilation and to those activities of its distribution through the bodily forces themselves.

3. As we would find, to make for these proper changes in the present, we would leave off those things as have been indicated, see? While some will cover, yet these we would apply in the present:

4. First, we would make for those things that will produce an activity with the liver as in conjunction with the thyroid and the adrenal glands, as will make for an activity with the spleen, the pancreas, with the digestive forces of the body.

5. These as we find may be better aroused in the present through this manner:

6. In the matter of the diet FIRST, let it be on this order:

7. Alternate between those foods that carry a large percentage of iron and those that carry assimilated ionized forces as with iodine. Or let most of the foods now be with fish, shell fish or the like. It may produce a rash, yes; it may disturb the digestive forces, yes. But GOVERN this according to the eliminations and we will find it will create a balance with the properties as are to be given that will make for arousing the activities of the glandular forces as related to these functioning organs that - as we have indicated - are in the present disturbed.

8. Let the wheat - as of whole wheat - be one meal at least every other day. Crushed whole wheat WELL cooked. This not with cow's milk but preferably with dry milk. The body will

find this to be better assimilated.

9. Let one meal each day be almost entirely of raw vegetables. These may be combined in many ways, but have one meal almost entirely of raw vegetables.

10. And we will find these will combine and aid with these properties for the system.

11. After the evening meal each day take a quarter teaspoonful of Alcaroid in a glass of water, and then drink another glass following same. Do this for three to five days.

12. Then take at least four tablets (not all at once, but taking a day - and let this be on a day when the body may rest afterwards) of the Caroid and Bile Salts, that we may AROUSE the activities of the liver.

13. Then AFTER these, we would take in broken doses for a day the Fletcher's Castoria; teaspoonful about every two hours, for a day or two days.

14. Rest a week. Then repeat this.

15. Use those vibrations from the Radio-Active Appliance each evening when ready for retiring for thirty minutes to an hour. If the body goes to sleep at such a time, let it remain until he awakes. Keep the anodes clean. Attach to opposite sides of body.

16. And we will find these combined, not one left off but in the routine as given, will work well with the body.

17. After those periods, or the two or three set periods, then a regular diet may be begun GRADUALLY. But maintain these activities, as has been indicated, during those periods of the medicinal properties as well as the rest period, and the second period when those properties as indicated are to be taken.

18. Do that.

19. Ready for questions.

20. (Q) Is smoking detrimental to this body? (A) Smoking is detrimental under the existent conditions. For as the blood supply is weakened, this absorbs for poisons. But in moderation should not be harmful, when these conditions have been cleared.

21. (Q) What is cause and cure for pain at times in abdomen, back and through upper part of chest? (A) It is what may be termed a congestion in the hepatic circulation; this centralizing from the liver area as has been indicated and working through - as it were - the nerve forces, to the abdominal area or to the kidneys; which become distressed and work through the caecum, the ileum plexus center, the ducts of the gall bladder area and on through the aorta artery to even the chest and lungs. Or

the respiratory system and the hepatic circulation not coordinating.

22. (Q) What dentist in Norfolk would be best to fix teeth? (A) There are many. We would give Walker.

23. (Q) What causes worn out feelings in mornings, and cure for same? (A) With this blood supply as it is, is it any wonder?

24. (Q) Would it be advisable to remain in present line of work? (A) These are very good so long as they do not work a hardship upon the PHYSICAL forces of the body.

25. (Q) Any other advice? (A) Keep the correct mental attitude. Be not only good but good for something; not only physically but mentally, spiritually.
