Born November 15, 1923, in Wilmette, Illinois. Time of Reading ... Ave. 3:30 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. Chicago, Ill. (Life Reading Suggestion)

1. EC: (In going back over years from present to birth date - "1930 - '29 - A change - '28, '27," etc., on back to birth date.)

2. Yes, we have the records here of that entity now known as or called [1227].

3. In entering the present experience and in giving the interpretation of that as we find here, it is well to consider that those influences with this entity arise greater from the astrological sojourns than from the material or earthly experiences.

4. Hence while we may find the entity temperamental, quick to wrath, anxious; these influences from the deeper thoughts, the spiritual import, the sentiment as expressed in the material force, rule the more.

5. Coming then under these influences, the greater abilities of the entity in the present will depend upon the spiritual training, the spiritual import, and those influences about same that will make for the awareness of such an influence in the material activities of the entity DIRECTING its life in this present sojourn.

6. From the astrological aspects we find these coming at a period when there were varying influences, and influences at variance in the experience of those about the entity; making for an activity in which differences, opinionations, those things that deal with material affairs, became as oppositions to those influences in the ENTITY'S OWN environ.

7. In the astrological forces we find Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus making for those innate influences as indicated as the RULING innately; hence MENTALLY manifestedly in the activities of this entity in the present experience.

8. Those forces from Venus we find making for the

1227-1 Page 2

appreciations, though little manifestations materially are shown in same; though indicated by that which the entity holds to self in mementoes, conditions that to the entity represent experiences and periods in its developing life - and the entity might easily under some environs or some experiences become what would have been termed of old as an idol or household god worshipper.

9. These then are not to be looked upon as those influences that are of a detrimental nature, but guided aright they make for that love, that expression of patience, that expression of sympathy, that expression of mercy. And these are the fruits of the spirit that in the material influences in an experience of the entity will bring the quieter, the more harmonious experience in the activities of the entity.

10. Those influences in Jupiter we find make for a variation in the activities; these will be rather as individual yet making for such influences as will affect the lives, the experiences rather of many.

11. Also the activities from Uranus make for the extremes; very high, very low; very good, very bad; very sentimental, very much in the opposite direction; very much of a sarcastic nature yet making for those influences that - as the entity acts upon same, as the entity is directed in those influences that may make for the activities in the material plane - will bring for either the weal or the woe in this material development.

12. Beauty in its expression may become as that which might become a stumbling-stone, yet if these influences and forces are guided aright we will find - though many changes, as indicated from those activities in Saturn's forces - they may be kept in that of the spiritual import, the expression of the forces from within; as from the meditative, as from the prayerful attitude. And let THIS be the entity's prayer, ever:

13. "IN THY HANDS, O LORD, I GIVE THE KEEPING OF MY MIND, MY SOUL, MY BODY. LET THE MEDITATIONS OF MY HEART, THE ACTIVITIES OF MY HANDS, BE ACCEPTABLE TO THEE: FOR THOU ART THE KEEPER, THOU ART THE DIRECTOR OF MY LIFE."

14. If this is held as the frontlet before the eyes, if it is held as the strength for every experience, this may keep a standard that may save many a material heartache.

15. As to the experiences in the earth that influence the entity in the present, we find that these from the very nature of the entity indicate their fewness - or their activities are such that they bring but little in the DIRECT or EMOTIONAL manner. Hence it may be said that the entity in material manners gives little of the EMOTIONAL self; yet

1227-1 Page 3

is sympathetic, yet is - as indicated - loving, kind, gentle, patient. But these are of the character and nature that even in materiality may find expression in saying harsh words, may find expression in saying those things that would indicate to others just the opposite from such virtues; not knowing, not guided or directed aright.

16. As to the experiences in the earth, then, we find:

17. Before this the entity was in that land now known as the Roman, during those periods when there were those teachings being spread by the soldiery, by those that returned from that land where those persecutions had begun of those for a faith, for an interpretation, for an understanding.

18. The entity then was among those of the court, and in the name then Roslan.

19. In the experience the entity gained through those associations with those that had been in close contact through the teachings by those closely associated with John's sister; and came to know the true teachings of Him that is called lowly, Him that is called the Son of man.

20. In those understandings and those interpretations came a peace and a harmony; though it brought separations, though it brought persecutions, though it brought misinterpretations by those of the own group or sect as would be called. Yet the entity gained throughout the experience. For the entity ministered not only of its own worldly goods but of itself.

21. And we will find that those inclinations in the present for the nursing, for those things that will have to do with the care for the unfortunate, for those things that will have to do with such associations, will become a desire. But the greater desire is for the innate love that may find expression without showing emotions in such an activity.

22. Before that we find the entity was in the now called Persian and Arabian land.

23. The entity then was among the Grecian forces that found the activities in the 'city in the hills and in the plains' that made for an activity of help and hope due to the healings that were brought about by those associated with those in the teachings, those associated with the activities that had begun with those influences in that city.

24. The entity then in the name Murelen gained, lost; for in those gratifyings of self's OWN desires the experiences brought destructive forces in the activity of the entity.

25. Then, music of a certain nature, of a certain type, has an influence and force over the entity in a manner that is not expressive even to the entity itself. Yet these influences turned rather into psalms or songs - not of

1227-1 Page 4

long-facedness but rather in joyous praise for those influences in the experience, for the opportunities that may be presented in the everyday acts - may bring the meeting of same and thus bring joy and contentment to a disturbed heart often in this experience.

26. Before that we find the entity was in the land now called the Egyptian, during those periods when many made for their cleansings of body through the Temple of Sacrifice, through those activities in the Temple Beautiful that made for the consecrating of lives, the preparations of activities that gave help for those in the experience.

27. The entity then became as an emissary, as an interpreter to those of the land called India; or among those peoples of one Saneid that made for the comparisons, the interpretations that brought the things that were of a unison and coordinant in their activity.

28. Those experiences brought happiness to the entity, and there the entity made for the home building; there the entity made for those activities that brought in that experience the greater development.

29. In the present we will find that those forces then that guide in the KEEPING of those purifications as brought about in those activities may bring into the experience of the entity in the present that which may bring the greater harmony, the greater experience of contentment in the present.

30. As to the abilities of the entity in the present, then, and that to which it may attain and how:

31. It has been indicated that MUCH depends upon those choices made through those environmental forces as to the mental and spiritual import or as to that which makes for the worldly satisfactions of gratifying material desires.

32. But hold fast to that as has been given in the dedicating of self in the service of those influences from within and without, and there may come in the applying of self in the nursing, THEN in the home, that which will bring the material blessings as well as the greater soul development.

33. May there be kept about those forces that may make for the constant awareness of HIS presence abiding ever!

34. Ready for questions.

35. (Q) What association has this entity had in the past with [Miss [380]]? (A) Both in the Persian and in the Egyptian. One as the teacher, the other as the daughter.

36. (Q) (Following questions suggested by [Mrs. [903]]) How can the entity best adapt and adjust herself to her new surroundings?

1227-1 Page 5

(A) Not by separating self but by holding fast to that as has been given, in the manner of expression, and then APPLYING that in the daily contact with individuals. The entity will become aware of oppositions in same, yet holding fast to these expressions from the within will make for the greater harmony in these surroundings. It won't last!

37. (Q) Is there any physical condition of which this body should be warned? (A) It's very good in those influences, in those forces as we find. These are of the variations that come under those forces of the secular or material nature.

38. (Q) What was meant by "This won't last"? (A) The present surroundings?

39. (Q) Is there any advice to be given her regarding same? (A) These relate to others.
