Time of Reading 12:00 to 12:10 Noon - Eastern Standard Time. Chicago, Ill. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: (In undertone, before beginning reading, "Wait a minute!")
2. Yes, we have the body, [1238].
3. Now, as we find, in the physical forces of this body, rather would there be warnings and the corrections for some specific disturbances. And as we find we may keep the body very near to physically fit.
4. These are the conditions as we find them with this body, [1238]:
5. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, we find the tendencies for the circulatory forces to show poison accumulations, through the slowing up of the circulation and the variation in the metabolism of the body. These rather come and go, but if there were those precautions taken as respecting these in having specific corrections made and in toning up a very little bit the general vibratory forces of the body, we would find these would stay in a much nearer normal condition.
6. IN THE NERVE FORCES OF THE BODY, these are very good; though at times there have been through some of those disturbances to the superficial circulation a tendency for the anxieties to make for irritations. And these are more of nervous reactions in that division between the circulatory forces than organic disturbances. And as we find those balances as may be created by the toning of the vibratory forces would aid in this direction also.
7. IN SPECIFIC ORGANS, brain forces are very good.
8. Those reactions in the sensory forces need those cares and attentions locally to meet the variations as arise in the general disturbances specifically and those that are constitutional reactions through the body.
9. The throat, the bronchi, lungs and larynx all are very good.
10. The disturbance in the heart's activity, as indicated,
1238-2 Page 2
would be materially aided by the coordination with the vibratory forces as may create a balance between the sympathetic and cerebrospinal circulation and the activities of the coordinating of the hepatic and the superficial and the deeper circulation.
11. In those activities of the digestive forces, the upsetting that arises from these comes more from the sympathetic condition in the nervous forces of the body - as from the circulatory forces as indicated - than from organic disturbances. And these, with keeping in the balance as has been indicated, we will bring for the body better and nearer normal conditions.
12. IN MAKING, THEN, FOR THOSE CORRECTIONS, and those activities as we find would be the more beneficial in keeping the proper balance in the system:
13. We would have regular periods when there would be not only the activities from the masseurs (or keeping of the baths, rubs and the like) but from specific corrections made at such times. And these we would take once a week or once in two weeks, dependent upon the conditions of the body and the needs of same. And when such are made, have specifically the salt rubs followed with not only a combination which we will give here, but an alcohol rub afterwards. Combine the oils in this way and manner:
14. To 6 ounces of Russian White Oil as the base, add - in the order named: Pure Olive Oil..............1 ounce, Oil of Pine Needles.........1 ounce, Cedar Oil...................1 ounce. Shake these together when they are to be massaged, after the baths and the general rubdowns and the salt rub. Massage more specifically in the lumbar areas, along the limbs and in the soles of the feet, in the central portion of the back and between the shoulders - just what the body will absorb. After this has been rubbed in well, follow same with the rub alcohol for the preservation of the heat and temperature of the body.
15. We would also use each day for periods of three weeks, then a rest period of an equal length (unless the body becomes overfatigued), the Radio-Active Appliance. Keep the anodes very clean and keep the upper portion of the Appliance dry, so that the reactions are to make for the proper vibrations in the system as we have indicated.
16. Do that.
17. Ready for questions.

18. (Q) What should [1238] and [...] know to make their life happy and content with each other? (A) This has been given. Do these as has been indicated, for gaining the better physical forces - for we haven't [...] in the physical forces.
19. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (See explanatory sheet [which was enclosed] regarding Radio-Active Appliance and where obtained.)
