Time of Reading 3:45 to 3:55 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Ohio.
1. GC: You will answer the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes. Ready for questions.
3. (Q) Should there be any change made in the advice given in the last Reading, due to the present condition of ruptured blood vessel in eye? (A) As it clears, this should not make any change in those applications suggested; and these will prove most helpful in assisting to correct even this condition.
4. (Q) Please describe the character and form of administering the hot and cold baths. (A) These are done differently by different operators; some with heavy showers, some with packs. WHICHEVER is used by the hydrotherapist to which the body goes, use that means! for he would administer THAT character the best!
5. (Q) As no such hydrotherapy places are available in ..., what can be substituted in the home for these baths? (A) We do not find substitutes very advisable for such conditions.
6. (Q) Is there some place in ... where these baths may be obtained? (A) This can be suggested by the hydrotherapist who is acquainted with such, rather than from here. These should be rather consistent with good activities. Reilly may suggest such a place nearest to or in ... that may administer such as HE would give in his place. Or Backman may suggest such as would give the type administered in HIS place. These have been indicated in various forms for various conditions, and we will find responses when administered as indicated. The type as used in either of these places can be used in this particular case.
7. (Q) Is it advisable to begin at once a series of the nightly massages with the compound suggested? (A) Provided the rest of that indicated is carried out, yes. Do not take just one part and then expect to obtain complete and full benefits.
8. (Q) Following the massages, should towels wrung out of first hot, then cold water, be laid on abdomen, and then on

lower back, before flannel and electric pad is applied? (A) If this is in keeping with the rest of that administered, it is very well; and is a manner or way for administering same.
9. (Q) Should a colonic irrigation be given in the home each night before the massages? (A) A colonic irrigation should NOT be given each night! The frequency of such would necessarily depend upon the manner in which the mucous is removed from the colon. These should not be administered save by one well versed in that phase of hydrotherapy treatments. These should be given, then, according to the MANNER of reaction. This may be easily given TOO much, or it may be easily given NOT enough! Hence one thoroughly versed in such should administer same.
10. (Q) Would Vivienne Bush be satisfactory as an operator to give the nightly massage treatments and colonic irrigations in the home? (A) PROVIDED the rest is carried out also; otherwise we would NOT advise Vivienne Bush to attempt just part of same.
11. (Q) Would it be preferable for the body to take the periodic weekly irrigations from Sauby Institute where hot and cold water irrigations are given, with X-Ray examination, or should irrigations be given in the home? (A) It's best that they be given in the manner indicated. If this can be done in the home, very well. If not, best to be done under the supervision or direction of one versed in same, in an institution or in the environs where such can be watched or looked after carefully. This is not such that it can't do any harm. If it can't do any harm, it can't do any good! Then, regardless of whether given in the home or in an institution, have it done by one who understands the business!
12. (Q) Will the following through of these suggestions by the body prolong his life, as well as give him improved health? (A) It will!
13. (Q) Any further advice? (A) We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file
