Time of Reading 12:30 to 1:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Okla. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1291].

2. As we find there are some conditions that disturb the better physical functioning of the body. These as we find basically have to do with disturbances that have been of a long-standing; have affected the functioning of organs yet as we find there is little or no organic disturbance other than of the functional nature, this dealing with the circulatory system.

3. Hence the activity of the heart as related to the circulation. This as we find is being gradually aided and helped, and there should be little or no anxiety to the body so long as the actions and reactions to the system are in keeping with existent conditions.

4. These, though, are conditions as we find them with this body, [1291], we are speaking of, present in this room:

5. First, IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY of the body, we find there have been at times the reactions from conditions which arose from some disturbance in the developing years or teenage of the body, in the upper portion of the dorsal area. This has produced, or did produce, a pressure upon the secondary cardiac plexus. This disturbance then has made for a condition between the heart and the liver activity in the circulation that causes a disturbance there.

6. Hence we have the tendency for the blood supply to remain somewhat impoverished by the inactivity of the assimilating forces to produce a full circulation through this portion of the system.

7. Hence we have those tendencies at times, from digestive forces of the body, to produce the warnings through what may be termed a mild or acute form of dyspepsia.

8. Hence the diets of the system become a necessary influence for the body to keep this assimilation for the blood supply in the proper order.

1291-1 Page 2

9. These as we find then causing or producing these conditions at times, makes or produces the periods when the body becomes easily fagged or tired, or when there is an over-nervous disturbance through the system; when overanxiety may arise even through the mental forces from this very disturbance through the circulatory forces of the body itself.

10. However, the tests of the red blood and white blood cells in the system very seldom are out of balance, owing to the precautionary measures that have been and are being taken by the body; also the care of the body in its activities through the system.

11. These then are merely those conditions existent but that are being cared for in the present activity.

12. As we would find, there may be an addition to these that will aid in assisting these disturbances a great deal better.

13. IN THE NERVE SUPPLY, as those conditions as we find primarily arose from deflected impulses from the nervous system, the body has and has at various periods passed through periods of nervous reaction or nervous exhaustion, or nerve conditions. The body becomes a little bit irritable at times. These arise from those reflex conditions upon the nerve system by impingements that have existed in the secondary cardiac area or that just above the 1st and 2nd cervical, the 1st and 2nd dorsal.

14. Hence we find at such periods there is a heaviness between the shoulders and at the base of the brain. These are merely reflex, or warnings to the body through those conditions that have been existent.

15. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, brain forces we find very good.

16. The reaction to the sensory forces at times becomes somewhat as a BLURRY condition; as those disturbances that arise from nerve exhaustion or from overtaxation will produce a fullness in the throat, the tendencies for drumming or ticking in the ear as it were; the tendencies for the tastes to be somewhat distorted. These are not in excess, but are acute at times for reflex conditions for this particular body.

17. In the reactions as we find in the general system through the lungs and the activity of the bronchi and larynx, all of these - unless for cold or over-acidity - function near to normal. But the body becomes supersensitive to excess acidity, and the reactions are found first in the mucus membranes of the head, through the nasal passages, the throat or the larynx.

1291-1 Page 3

18. Hence these are precautionary measures the body should take as respecting the diet, in the keeping not only of the balance in the circulatory influences but an equal balance between the acids and the alkaline reactions for the body itself. Twenty percent acid to eighty percent alkaline- reaction should be the proportions for this body specifically, as for most bodies; for these, with the tendencies that exist, make for a better condition for the body to build resistances throughout the system. While it is necessary for the acids and the alkalines, their balance in the system tends to make for the abilities for the reaction in the whole of the general system as related to mental and physical or muscular forces in the body itself.

19. In the heart's activity, as has been indicated, we do not find ORGANIC heart disturbance but FUNCTIONAL; produced by those conditions as indicated which exist between the arteries of the heart and a portion of the liver in the circulation; from pressure that exists in the impulses to the nervous system in the upper dorsal or at the secondary cardiac plexus center.

20. In the digestive forces of the body, here we find these are very good in most instances; but these are for the precautionary forces and influences, as has been the activity of the body and for the better assimilation; those that produce a better circulatory influence through the body. And when these are kept near normal, we find the reactions are very good for the whole of the body.

21. The activity of the pancreas, the spleen, the excretory functionings of the liver - so long as there are not excesses that make for tendency of accumulations of drosses or of an over-acidity in the system by any excesses of any nature, we find these function very good - and only those precautions should be taken.

22. The activity as related to the hepatic circulation, between the secretory functionings of the liver and those activities of the kidneys themselves - again we find if there are excesses and the necessity of the system to secrete influences, to dissolve more of the uric acid from the system, or to make for an activity that cleanses through the actions of the adrenals in the system, these produce then near to normalcy. But excesses cause disturbance. Heaviness through the lower lumbar regions, fullness in the chest or around the heart's activity, dizziness and those pains in the back portion of the head arise. Hence precautions are kept, should be kept for the body in these directions.

23. As we find, then, in giving those suggestions for

1291-1 Page 4

helpful forces as combined with what has been and is being maintained as the precautionary measures and activities:

24. We would add only the bodily-low-electrical vibrations as may be had with the Radio-Active Appliance. This used whenever the body feels tired, whether it's once a day or twice a day, once a week or once a month. Use it for an hour, and we would find help coming with the activities that have been maintained or are maintained by the body.

25. These vibrations then add only a better influence in keeping coordination between the superficial circulation and the deeper circulations of the body, and aid in producing rest and relaxation for the body itself.

26. The applications should be to opposite extremities, and for an hour or an hour and a half period at the time - as the body rests.

27. In the diets there has been maintained that which has been indicated, in keeping this balance in the digestive forces as related to the assimilating forces of the system. These we would maintain much in the manner as they have been.

28. Thus we will keep better conditions for this body, and the body will see its GREAT grandchildren!

29. Ready for questions.

30. (Q) Just what should the diet be? (A) This has been outlined again for the body, but as has been indicated maintain an equal balance in the acids and alkalines and those that make for an activity upon the various organs that have been indicated. Do not have excesses of any nature. It is COMBINATIONS rather than other conditions that cause or produce distress in the diet. Excesses of starch or excesses of fats, these are the harder to be sure upon the system, for they leave as it were a greater distress or greater influence of ash or drosses to be cared for by the eliminating systems. Excesses of alcohol. But exercise MODERATION in EVERYTHING, and we will keep the better balance.

31. (Q) Describe ear condition, and treatment. (A) As has been indicated, through the natural reactions from the secondary activities to the sensory forces, there comes disturbance to the auditory forces as to the other portions of the body. But the addition of the Radio-Active Appliance as indicated will produce an equal balance in the circulation that will materially aid in these directions. Local applications, naturally, should be made at times; for if there are excesses or drosses the necessary cleansings for same are very good. But to make an application of astringents or any influence that act upon these, when they

1291-1 Page 5

arise from a constitutional condition as indicated becomes more detrimental than helpful. Hence the nominal exercises. At times a little of the head and neck exercise, or the general physical exercise in the open, with the application of the vibratory forces from the bodily functions as may be had with the use of the Radio-Active Appliance to equalize and produce - as has been indicated - the balance between the superficial or the vegetative or sympathetic nerve system with the cerebrospinal or the eliminating forces of the body itself.

32. (Q) What cleansing agent is best for the ear when needed? (A) This if it should be done should be done by one that makes applications in these directions, and let such an one use what is best. As WE find, occasionally one drop of St. Jacob's Oil in the ear for most individuals, and for this particularly, is most helpful; ONE DROP.

33. (Q) What exercises can the body take that would be beneficial? (A) Any of those that are an activity that does not become overtiring or of a great distress to the body. Walking, riding, out on the golf course or any of these, if not overtaxing, would be well.

34. (Q) What occupation should be or would be most beneficial for my health? (A) That which keeps the body in the open as much as possible. Not what would be called "roughing it" so much, but such as to make for normal exercise and activity IN THE OPEN; more than those activities within the office or the like.

35. (Q) Would gardening be well? (A) Gardening would be helpful. Gardening, chickens, ranch - all of those activities that make for outdoor exercises.

36. (Q) How can frequent colds be prevented? (A) As has been indicated, these arise from over-acidity. When we keep a normal balance between the acids and alkalines for the body, we will find colds will be prevented. For, colds that are the more common to all bodies do not react in an alkaline condition. An alkalinity is destructive to colds. Hence any of those influences that may be had to alkalinize the body; not Alka-Seltzer but any of the citrocarbonates that make for the proper reactions to the lymph and the emunctory circulation will relieve cold. Citrus fruit juices taken occasionally, if there is the tendency for a cold, will create an alkalinity in the system such as to remove same. When there are distresses to the mucus membranes of the

1291-1 Page 6

throat, as we have indicated that arise, a little spray of Atomidine would be most efficient; acting as a cleansing, healing, astringent and antiseptic agent for the mucus membranes. The proportions would be about half a teaspoonful to an ounce of distilled water. Use as a spray for throat and nasal passages.

37. (Q) In what part of the country would it be best for me to live, for my best health? (A) This would be rather hard to indicate, owing to the inclinations of the body. For to stay in any one place becomes as BONDS for the entity. Hence activities and environs that make for changes are the better. Not as a rover, but rather as the ability to change with seasons or a general reaction for the inclinations that are a portion of the mental and physical makeup.

38. (Q) What causes the hay fever? (A) This arises from those same inclinations as we have indicated, and thus the spray as given will be the greater help for same.

39. (Q) Would this same treatment benefit my son's [1292]'s hay fever, apparently inherited? ..., Okla. (A) We would have for THIS body, [1292], a correction made in the 1st and 2nd dorsal, osteopathically; and we will find it will remove a great deal of this tendency. The INCLINATION is rather from sympathetic conditions, but the physical reaction there through osteopathic treatments will change these conditions.
