1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1297].
2. Now as we find, there are those disturbing conditions that prevent the normal functioning of the body. These are rather of an insidious nature or character, and are in intent the opposite from those that oft arise in effects that are as we find indicated in the body.
3. There is the effect of too high vibrations, too high EMOTIONAL activities through same.
4. Hence we have in effect a low, dull feeling, bad tastes at times in the mouth, a little temperature, irritations in portions of the body, and a GENERAL reaction of debilitation.
5. However, as we find, that needed instead of RE-ionizing is rather a DE-ionizing of the vibratory forces of the body, for the better conditions.
6. For these with the high vibrations produce in the soft tissue of face and head, through the glandular forces of the system, excesses or drosses that become those things that produce pressure upon the lymph circulation; thus, for those portions of the body, the dull headaches, the burning eyes at times, and the EFFECT as of a condition in the blood stream of malarial nature.
7. But these are, as indicated, rather than the EFFECT of these, rather the high vibratory forces by the emotions, by the activities, to the whole of the system.
8. As we would find, then, in making for the better corrections:
9. Being in the open, in such an activity as of chalybeate waters or those of such natures, where the activities of same make for an outdoor activity; not too strenuous and yet not too relaxing; but as in riding, walking, golfing or the like, for a week or ten days, with the better eliminations and with food activities that make for a cleansing and purifying of the bodily forces, would make for the better conditions of the body.

10. To dose by medicine, or to make for activities other than that of nature's or the natural forces would be only, as we find, to UPSET other activities.
11. So, we would choose rather those surroundings, those activities, for a week to ten days; and we should find that, with those actions and activities of the body as indicated, we should bring a near to normal activity of the body.
12. Do that.
13. Ready for questions.
14. (Q) What particular foods should be eaten during this period, for the better eliminations? (A) Vegetables of the leafy rather than the tuberous nature; fish or fowl or the like; and the plenty activity. And the eliminations would be from the use of the waters as would be had in such natures or conditions. Any place, then, that would be chosen where the waters are of a chalybeate nature; calciums and excess of the sodas, see?
15. (Q) Any special place recommended? (A) There are many places, but the choice should be an activity of the body. It may be close to those places in Indiana, or close to those in Kentucky, or those there in the New York State; but be out in the OPEN - this is necessary for the activity; a good deal of quiet, a good deal of activity, a good deal out in the open - for a week to ten days.
