Time of Reading 3:00 to 3:25 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1300].

2. Before giving the Physical we would give a warning here as is indicated in the aura of the body, [1300].

3. Beware or be careful of an accident in something MOVING - as in elevator or cab.

4. In the Physical forces we find there are rather those conditions of which the body should be warned. While in many respects the physical forces are very good, there are inclinations and tendencies that unless checked or changed in some respects may bring greater disturbing conditions in the physical reactions in this body.

5. These as we find have to do primarily with the effects of poisons that are produced in the system from soft tissue, as in throat and head; affecting directly the digestive system as related to the activity through the lower hepatic circulation.

6. Then, these are the conditions-physical as we find them with this body, [1300] we are speaking of, present in this room:

7. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, we find there are inclinations for the activities of the body to build UP, as it were, the avoirdupois at times, yet the inclination for coagulative forces is produced by the general circulation from the inclinations from the antrum and throat, as related to the digestive forces and the kidneys, to become separated.

8. Thus they form poisons which are beginning to show an activity upon the circulation as related to the heart's activity.

9. The high emotional forces of the body as COMBINED with these at times work for a hardship then upon the activities there. Then:

10. IN THE NERVE FORCES, naturally with pressures produced in the areas, these become then as discoordinant between those connections in the cerebrospinal and the superficial

1300-2 Page 2

or vegetative nerve system.

11. Hence we have those periods when the lower limbs, through the ankle and feet, and the upper or torso portions of the body, become as separated from the upper portion; by that heaviness, dullness which occurs from the lack of, or excess of, activity in the hepatic circulation - as related to the pelvic organs and the kidneys especially.

12. These then are SYMPATHETIC conditions, but the pressures produced by the lymph flow through the areas of the face and head and throat leave drainages to the digestive system that upset this portion of the body; though the activities in some directions INCREASE the forces of the expanding of the bodily forces themselves.

13. AS TO THE ACTIVITY OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, we have indicated for the body that the brain forces and the reflexes from the activity of the deeper or the cerebrospinal nervous reactions are very good.

14. The sympathetics, then, are high in their reaction. Hence the emotional forces, as related to the sensory system, become involved; as those conditions in antrum, nasal passages, especially the LOWER portion of the upper antrums.

15. Then, the throat AND the larynx become involved sympathetically; though these, as indicated, are only reflexes or reactions from the sources or the causes, these at times become more disturbing THAN the causes!

16. But the causes removed, a better coordination produced, we will find the heart's activity and its relationship to the upper hepatic circulation will become more normal.

17. The digestive system also, that shows disturbances - and producing at times a superacidity in the system that works a hardship upon the lower hepatics, will be aided in coming to a much nearer normal condition.

18. We would thus have greater vivacity, greater vitality and endurance, and the activities of the whole system will become in a much bettered condition.

19. IN MAKING APPLICATIONS THEN FOR SAME, AS WE WOULD FIND PREFERABLE FOR THIS BODY, we would have SPECIFIC REACTIONS AS MAY BE PRODUCED through the Hydrotherapy and electrotherapy; these for CLEANSING the system of the poisons.

20. Use at least two or three Colonic Irrigations during the period; that is, these at least being a week or two to three weeks apart; that is, the first in one week, two weeks later another, then in three weeks another. These are not only for the removal of the conditions through the colon area, but for the relief of pressures upon the lower hepatic

1300-2 Page 3

circulation, as well as to enable the system then through the circulations to make the better assimilations through the activity of the digestive forces.

21. We would also have with these, or between these, the Hydrotherapy in the Sweats; that would carry with same small quantities of Pine Oil combined with Oil of Wintergreen - equal portions, half a teaspoonful of each in a cup or pint of the water for the fumes. These fumes should be used preferably from the wet heat, or fume heat, rather than the dry heat; so that there may be care taken respecting the activity of this upon the heart's activity or the circulation in respect to these, and to prevent this producing headaches or reactions of dizziness that might occur if there is the reaction from the dry heat during such periods.

22. Have a thorough rubdown afterwards with SALT; this not too severe but very thorough. Especial attention in such treatment should be given to the lower limbs, that we do not later have the activity of increasing of the veins in portions of the system here - where there is an inclination and a tendency for same; unless these precautions are taken. The lower limbs, the feet, the upper limbs, the torso, and especially across the areas above and below the kidneys themselves. Make this then a sweat again, or a blanket with oil rubs - or oil rubs and then the blanket. Preferably use equal proportions of Olive Oil and the other oils that may be combined with same to make for FOOD values to the bodily functions themselves. Then these would be followed by the alcohol rub, preferably the regular alcohol rub. Do this about once a week, but be sure the salt rubs are taken with same.

23. For the local conditions through the nasal passages and the throat, use a spray (WARM same) of half water and half Lavoris - for the nasal passages and the throat also. Use this at least once or twice a day, and this will be found most beneficial for the local condition if the other applications are followed as indicated.

24. When necessary use Alcaroid as a digestant, shortly after any heavy meal, until there has been sufficient reaction in the system to create a normal balance.

25. As to the warning for the body: Be especially careful between the fifteenth and twenty-fifth of December, this year.

26. Ready for questions.

27. (Q) What may I do for the continual insomnia? (A) The massages as indicated, that will create a better coordination between the sympathetic and cerebrospinal

1300-2 Page 4

systems, will make for easier rest for the body. As has been given, the irritation and especially the high nervous tension is produced by that incoordination between the sympathetic and cerebrospinal nerve system, owing to the poisons that separate the activities of the nerve forces in those centers.

28. (Q) What causes the feeling as if my organs are just falling? (A) As indicated, there are those conditions from the poisons in the system that affect not only the digestive forces but specifically the activity of the organs of the pelvis. These then are NERVE conditions, and arise from the high nervous tension produced. And with the applications indicated, we should find these being restored to normal reactions.

29. (Q) Please outline correct diet for me? (A) Rather would there be given those things that should not be taken. As we find we would keep close to an alkalin diet, rather than an excess acid-producing diet. Hence, leaving out such excess acid-producing foods, most anything else may be taken. Do NOT eat fried foods of ANY kind, especially never fried - French fried potatoes. Mashed potatoes may be taken occasionally, or especially those prepared with the jackets - if the jacket is eaten rather than the pulp, for this is very well for the body. Do not eat white bread, spaghetti, macaroni or the like - any two of these at the same meal. Not that these are to be eliminated entirely, but such combinations are not well. Meats should be principally fish, fowl or lamb. Very seldom any other character of meats. Following these, as we find, we will bring a much better condition for the body.

30. (Q) Should anything else especially be done to correct the phlegm in throat? (A) As given, the spray - which is alkalin; and the activities or rubs and the salt rub. The salt rub makes for an activity by the absorption through the skin, by the very influence of the heat and the cleansing of the pores of the body. Thus it absorbs those influences that create the inclinations for the lymph and superficial circulation to prevent proper coordination with the centers from which the

1300-2 Page 5

cerebrospinal system receives its impulses. Hence accumulations as phlegm, which arise from drainages from infectious forces in antrums and in the soft tissue of the nasal passages will be REMOVED from the body; not only by absorption and drainages, you see, and especially by or from the influence of cleansing the colon area, but by arousing the system to become less active in the acid forces and more free of the acid and the poisons. Thus we have the better condition.

31. (Q) How often should the colonics be taken? (A) If these become necessary, rather once in a month or once in two months should be sufficient. But if there is the feeling of the heaviness through the abdominal area, or the tendency for this dropping, droopy feeling that makes for the feeling rather of separation from the diaphragm to the lower portion of the body, then we would find a colonic would be most helpful and beneficial.

32. (Q) What mental activities would be helpful? (A) Any of those that make for constructive interests in relationships for helpful forces to others. Do these and we will bring the better conditions for this body, [1300].
