Born June 26, 1896, in Minneapolis, Minn. Time of Reading ... Ave., 4:55 to 5:40 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Life Reading Suggestion)

1. EC: (In going back over years to birth date, " - 1930 - what a change! - 28, '28 - " etc., on back to birth date.)

2. Yes, we have the records here of that entity now known as [1301].

3. In giving the interpretation of those records as we find here, that may be helpful, that may be experienced by the entity for those assurances of its oneness with that universal influence of Life as it manifests in materiality, let the entity know first:

4. Thy prayers, thy supplications have been heard, and they are brought before that Throne of mercy, light, peace and harmony. And as these are manifested in thy experience and thy associations with thy fellow man, so does that assurance grow in the knowledge and the wisdom of the Most High.

5. That thou doest then unto thy brother day by day, that thou doest unto thy Maker.

6. In giving the influences from the astrological aspects, these have been in the present so overshadowed by activity that these become in many respects null. For as is known, as is experienced by those who know His Face, these are but the signs along the way, that those who falter may - here and there - again take hope. For He hath not willed that any soul should perish but hath with every fault, with every error, with every doubt, prepared a way of escape for those who would seek to know His Way.

7. Yet that these may be as but encouragements, as but that necessary call of thy prayers being heard and "Well done, good and faithful one," these are given that ye may see; yet as may be said to all, as was said of old, look not back upon the fleshpots of Egypt. Neither look back upon those things that cause or produce fear or disappointments or discouragements, but rather pressing on to the mark of the

1301-1 Page 2

higher calling as is set in Him ye will see the glorious day approaching when the earth shall know the greater glory of a Living Lord!

8. Yet in Mercury, in Jupiter, in Venus, as in Uranus, we find the indwelling of the entity between those sojourns in the earth as those active forces known in the present; bringing innately that which has formed a portion of those experiences in the sojourn in the present.

9. The Mercurian - the high mental ability, the seeker.

10. Jupiter - the associations with the individuals as may affect humanity or the masses but individual in the associations. Whether in the uprisings or the downsittings these have formed from individuals, and the trust at times in personality rather than the spirituality of the individual.

11. In Venus we find that innate love, the innate expressions of sympathy, the bonds of unity in the precious things in life that may not be bought with a price - other than that which is the experience of the soul itself.

12. In the Uranian we find those extremes, the very high, the very low, the very diverse ways and manners that may have appeared to become a portion of the experience - yet as in all that is divine, the purpose is ever that the soul may be awakened to the knowledge of the love of the Law, the wisdom of the Father being manifested in and through those who would seek to know His Face.

13. Then the activities have been as indicated - these have been met. And as He hath given, cleave to that which is good - for it is godly to leave behind that which may have been ugly or unseeming in thine experience. For thou art a vessel chosen to become a director of those who would know His ways; analyzing the faults, the virtues. Not as indictments or condemnments but rather that the individuals may see themselves as stripped of that selfishness, that egotism that makes for the individual personality becoming as a flaunting of man's wisdom before those things that are as but the foolishness of God's ways. For in the wisdom of man he becomes worldly-wise, self-sufficient; yet these take but wings and fly away. And lo, it hath been given as of old, not who will ascend into heaven to bring Him down, or who will go over the sea that a message may be brought, but lo ye find Him today in thine own heart, in thine own temple. For indeed the body IS the temple of the living God, and there He has promised to meet those who seek to know His biddings, those who would find the Way. And lo, He IS the Way, the Word, the Peace, the Life, the Light unto all who sit in darkness in their own selfish ways.

14. As to the appearances in the earth, these we find quite varied in their activities, in their associations, in their environments, upon those that have become the emotions of this entity in the present experience.

15. For as the astrological aspects bring urges latent, so the earthly sojourns or experiences bring those emotions that find their development in feeding upon same for the magnifying of their effect upon that as may be the mental or the soul self.

16. For mind being the builder, ever, is both human and divine. And as the mind dwells, so does the application of that the teacher of teachers gave become effective; not by merely taking thought may one whit be added but by APPLYING in material experience the law and the love of same - this makes for growth!

17. For life and truth and understanding, and happiness - in its greater sense, are but a growth. For ye GROW in grace, in knowledge, in understanding. And knowledge without wisdom is indeed a dangerous thing!

18. Then as ye have held, as ye have applied that ye have gained, so does the ability come to be of that help, that aid to those who are stumbling - some blindly, some gropingly, some discouraged, some overanxious, some overzealous of their own peculiar twist or turn; yet all seeking - seeking the light.

19. But He is the light, as ye have seen in thine experience - yea in thine experiences through the earth ye, too, have seen the light and lost thy way. And even as He put on flesh that He, too, might know the ways of the flesh, of the desires, of the urges that have wrought in the experiences of men that blindness of self-glory, self-indulgence or self-aggrandizement that has led many astray, even with the forces of Divine at times working through them.

20. For the Spirit IS willing, the flesh is weak. And the strength, the influence, the force and power, is by that trust, that faith in Him - that has been again and again manifested in thy experiences in the earth.

21. Before this, then, we find the entity was in the land nigh unto that of the present nativity, during those periods when settlements were made in that called then the west and northwest.

22. In and about those places then known as Dearborn did the entity find expression and manifestation, in the name then Gracia Gullup, that made for those associations and activities as a teacher, an instructor to those not only of the peoples who settled the land but of the natives.

23. The entity gained the knowledge of many of the mysteries

1301-1 Page 4

of nature as taught by those peoples of the northwest.

24. And when there were those uprisings, when there were those destructions on account of the selfish natures of those who would use and misuse their powers and ability with the natives, the entity rather separated self as a DEFENDER of those peoples that adopted and were adopted by the entity for that greater activity.

25. And while those portions of the land at times become loathsome in a manner, yet in the still small voices of nature, as to those influences from the silences of the night, as in the songs of the brook, as in the moonbeam's rays upon the forest and hills, with the calls of nature, whether of the wild or of the cricket or the activities of the loon upon the lake - these are as CALLS to the entity; that in same the greater beauty of God's love is shown to man if he will but take same as to be a portion of him and find that quietness as within.

26. For as the entity ministered, so the entity gained. As the entity became more and more aware of the closeness of nature to the spirit of nature and the spirit of the animal and the vegetable kingdoms, more and more that love of the outdoors became apparent.

27. These are harkenings and these are yet as calls deep within.

28. In these influences also the abilities in the present for analyses of happenings, of individual thoughts and of mass and of the groups as they are influenced by others, become as a portion of abilities within the entity's experience in the present.

29. In the application of those things, what can be said that the entity has not gained from same? For all are so much a portion of the entity, they are ONE - even as the Father and the Son are one. And as they become manifested in the experience, so does the JOY of living, experiencing, BEING a channel of hope or help or understanding become that which is the glory of the experience in material sojourn.

30. Before that we find the entity was in the land now known as the Holy Land, or the Promised Land, during those periods when there were turmoils arising from the teachings of the Master; when there were those gatherings from all the lands nigh unto the Galilean, the Phoenician or Syro-Phoenician, Tyre and Sidon and all the peoples had come as ONE for the days that were counted as holy.

31. The entity then became acquainted, became in that position of EXPERIENCING that as had been told of the visit of that teacher to the land of Tyre and Sidon.

32. Then the entity made overtures to not the holy women but

1301-1 Page 5

rather to those who had been as companions to Him in Bethany, in Bethsaida, in Bethlehem and Capernaum, and questioned them.

33. Those confusions as to reports brought confusion to the entity. But when the eyes of the Master as He passed by on the road or the way to the city on that day of days were seen by the entity, when He gave that if it were not for the cry of the peoples the very hills and mountains would cry out, "Hosanna, Glory in the Highest - for the Prince of Peace comes to make those decisions whereunto man again has his closer, CLOSER associations with his Maker," THEN the entity understood, THEN the entity realized that man as man may be far from God, but man as a god and acting godly may be close to the divine.

34. And this was the lesson the entity gained. For though the turmoils and strifes arose, though the persecutions came about, and though the entity in the end was stoned for its very acceptance - it denied not.

35. Yet the thoughts of bodily suffering have brought in this experience the necessity of meeting same in the awakening to that fact that man as a GODLY man may be close to the divine.

36. Sylvia, then - the entity with Stephen was stoned. Thus we find those experiences of those words as given in that declaration by Stephen, among the first of the martyrs for a holy cause, become as ringing in the experience of the entity in those attempts to aid, " - until I see my Lord standing I fear; then I know His presence is near."

37. In the experience the entity gained.

38. Before that we find the entity was in the land now called the Mongoloid, or the Gobi land, during those periods when there were the teachings that were so questioned by the sons of Mu and Wu; for there had been the attempts of those under the leadership of Ra-Ta to bring the closer relationships to the various groups that in various portions of that land had made for a form of not only that called government but of the considerations for the thoughts and activities of others.

39. The entity then was among those who were of the daughters of Mu that were active in the aiding of those peoples to become MATERIALLY self-sustaining, mentally equals to ALL of those who had knowledge of the outer world, the inner world.

40. And later the entity was called the Daughter of the Sun; THEN in the name Sutu.

41. In the experience the entity gained, the entity lost, the entity gained. Yet in the experiences when the entity

1301-1 Page 6

went to those influences that brought the greater knowledge and help, for the greater number, so the development came.

42. So in the applying of the mysteries of those influences in those days and those activities - as in symbols, as in numbers, as in those forces that make for that which creates - so do the influences of odors, colors, light and darkness, of the shadows between, become as the entering periods for the entity - not only moods about individuals but the emanations that are at times called their auras in the present.

43. Hence hold fast to that thou hast gained. For as given, thy prayers are heard. Thou art a chosen vessel, thou knowest the way. As to attempt to guide or as to how, hold FAST to that which is good. HOLD FAST to that faith, that blessing He hath given. Even as thou hast seen thy Lord, may His blessings ever be as these:

44. "They that love me, they that keep my commandments - they are not grievous to bear, for they bring REST not to body but to thy soul."

45. And what are the cares of a day to eternity? What are the thoughts of tomorrow to the joy of His presence, ever?

46. Then, let thy yeas be yea in Him; thy nays be nay in Him. Give the hope where hope is best. Give the counsel where counsel is best. Do not condemn in any, for with the measure ye mete it is measured to thee again.

47. Ready for questions.

48. (Q) How may I be of greater service to humanity through the work in which I am now engaged? (A) Thy prayers heard, thy acceptance - then hold fast. For it is not by some great deed but rather the little leaven that leaveneth the whole lump. For here a little, there a little, line upon line, precept upon precept. Be not impatient but in due season ye shall see and know and hear, "Thou good and faithful servant, enter thou into the joys of thy Lord."

49. (Q) Is this my proper place in life? (A) As water, the basis of life, seeketh its level, so to those that have put their trust in Him and say day by day, "Not my will, O God, but Thine be done in and through me; here am I, use me," their power - their place, their influence - so long as held there, finds its level.

50. (Q) Is any change advised in my work, or place where I do my work? (A) Rather as given, hold fast to that which is good. May the blessings of the Master of Masters, may the Law and the Love and the Light of His Presence keep thee and thy life and thy purpose - yea, as holy even as now - and the

1301-1 Page 7

blessings are thine forever and ever. Amen.
