Time of Reading Room 154, The ..., 3:40 to 3:55 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before.

2. As we find, while there are some improvements, there are some anxieties also that have arisen with the conditions of the body.

3. As has been so oft indicated, then, the body should take into consideration that when the information through this channel is given it is considered that all as indicated is to be supplied. And thus coordinating as one with another would bring the better physical forces.

4. And as we find, if these are done, there would be a great deal of difference - and the body needs then to TAKE THE TIME to give the opportunity for those things suggested to be applied!

5. Ready for questions.

6. (Q) As I leave tomorrow for Beverly Hills and Palm Springs, Calif., please tell me where - there - I can have applied the treatments suggested? (A) As we would find, it would be better that the body obtain for self a cabinet; such as may be had from Berg, West End Avenue, New York City. This would then enable the body, with the attendant, to have a cabinet bath as indicated - a medicated fume bath, wherever the body may be, in a hotel. This then would aid considerable, and it may be had - and carried with the body.

And wherever the body may be these may be prepared by the attendant or nurse or maid, and we find the rubs may be given.

It would be well, however, wherever the body may be, that the osteopathic manipulations be given. And these we find may be had in the Springs or Beverly Hills.

While the body is enroute or not located sufficiently to have a period of at least twenty to thirty days rest, use

the violet ray - but not the bulb applicator; merely the rod which is held one day in the hand, the next day placed on glass and the foot set on same. And go from one side to the other side of the body; that is, one day hold in the right hand, the next day on the left foot, the next day in the left hand, the next day the right foot.

Then when the body is sufficiently enabled to rest to have the Wet Cell Appliance as indicated that carries medication, have this shipped to the body to be used in the home.

Have the osteopath in WHATEVER location the body is. The rest may be done by the maid or attendant.

7. (Q) Any further suggestions? (A) These we would do.

And, as has been indicated, be consistent. The body must work at that which it would accomplish. There must be something of self given in time, in patience, in denial for that to be accomplished that may bring the best for the body.

8. We are through for the present.
