1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1307].

2. As we find, those conditions that are the cause of the disturbances through the body are of a subtle nature. They are produced by a disturbance in the structural portions of the body, brought on by an injury many years ago. And these have gradually grown to become effective. Thus the condition has gradually grown on the body, until some of the organs are involved by applications of those things to aid. Yet no portion of the cause being removed has produced complications.

3. These then are conditions as we find them with this body, [1307] we are speaking of:

4. In times back there was an injury to the lower portion of the spinal system, in the coccyx area. The effect of this upon the body has been to produce a pressure that has affected not only the glandular system but through the glandular system affected organs of the body; until those conditions in the locomotion, those conditions in the sinew and in the muscular forces of the body and through the circulation have brought about, do produce the disturbances as have arisen at various times to the system.

5. Thus there is the producing first in the nervous system of the improper balance between the cerebrospinal and sympathetic systems. And this once unbalanced, with defections in the glandular forces, produced impoverishment, strain upon the respiratory system, pressures at times upon the hepatic circulation, involving the kidneys and the eliminations of the body.

6. So, those disturbances are brought about that are apparent in the physical functioning of the system in the present.

7. As we would find, then, in making applications that would not only alleviate but gradually make for those corrections that would bring about near to normalcy for the body, but will necessitate changes being made in the applications from

1307-1 Page 2

time to time as the body responds to the conditions and is able - or enabled by the changes - to have applications to eradicate conditions produced as well as alleviating those that first caused and produced and that now brings about the condition itself:

8. Material applications through internal medicine then in the beginning become no part of the treatment, save when it may be necessary - under great stress - that some mild sedative be taken.

9. But these as we find would be first the manners of applications, then, for at least thirty to sixty days, and then changes made further - sixty days of the applications in those directions that will first bring alleviation and gradually prepare the body for the corrections throughout the system:

10. Begin then with applying each evening, for at least an hour, the Red Clay mixed with a combination of oils. Take the Clay, grind same - or beat up same so that all the drosses are out of same; then Red Clay such as may be had on the banks close to a portion of the surroundings or the residence of the body itself. Grind this or beat up and float in water to get all of the impurities out of same, as trash or the like. And then dry again and mix with a combination of these oils sufficient to make a mash, much as a putty, or that necessary for combining so that it makes a thick paste. The Oils that would be used would be equal portions of Linseed Oil, Russian White Oil and Olive Oil. Apply such a Pack each evening for an hour across the lumbar and the sacral and coccyx area. As the heat from the body dries this, we find that the properties of the Clay and the mixture will produce at times some irritation in the coccyx and the lumbar and sacral area, but keep these up for at least thirty minutes to an hour each evening, just before retiring. Sponge off with lukewarm water and let the body rest.

11. Keep this up for at least ten days, and then begin with gentle adjustments or massages in the area to make for corrective forces throughout the system. These would be kept up for the thirty to sixty days.

12. Keep the eliminations by the use rather of enemas than cathartics or laxatives. Use salines or salt, teaspoonful to the quart and a half of water. This thoroughly dissolved and do not use water higher temperature than the temperature of the body.

13. Keep the diet well balanced with at least eighty percent alkalin to twenty percent acid reaction or acid-foods. Many of the acids are alkalin-reacting. Beware of too much

starches, too much sweets.

14. Do this for the periods indicated, and then we would give further instructions.

15. Ready for questions.

16. (Q) Should there be but the one course of ten days treatment with the Clay and Oil? (A) This will depend, to be sure, upon how the masseur or the neuropath or osteopath finds the conditions. These have been SET in a manner in the area as given, and should be gradually relaxed. It may be necessary to repeat these every twenty days or the like, but do these first and then if there is the necessity for the thorough relaxing, use the same combinations, in the same ways and manners as indicated.

17. (Q) How often should corrections be made? (A) At least every other day, and at times every day will be found to be more helpful.

18. (Q) If prescribed treatment is followed, how long will the cure take? (A) As has been indicated, and as to how long depends upon the response and the manner in which these are gone about.

19. (Q) Is there any ailment organic or otherwise that I should guard against, and how, in the coming years? (A) The general weakness, and those conditions as brought about by the impairment to the circulation. And those conditions that arise from the effect upon the glandular system naturally make for organic disturbances or functional disturbances in the organs, and weaknesses, see? But these as we find may be materially ALL builded for resistances if and when the primary cause has begun to be corrected.

20. (Q) Why have the doctors been unable to find the trouble? (A) As has been indicated, this has been an insidious or a hidden thing, and the effects have been doctored - which at times, as indicated, has produced other complications.

21. (Q) When necessary, what mild sedative would be best for relief? (A) As we would find, the Aspirin or Aspiranol either would be very good.

22. (Q) Any further advice at this time? (A) Do this now. Then when these have been done, we may give further instructions.

23. We are through for the present.

24. (Q) [Left out of original reading, after 21-A] Just when did this injury occur, and what was its nature? (A) Thirty-two years and three days and forty-five minutes ago! Copy to Self
