1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [1308].
2. As we find the indications, there are disturbances in the physical forces of the body that may be materially aided.
3. These are rather a complication of disturbances, as we find, and affect mostly the hepatic circulation, yet in the reaction from same disturb the functioning of many portions of the organs of the body.
4. Then these are conditions as we find them with this body, [1308] we are speaking of:
5. The blood supply indicates, in the very abnormal condition of the pressure in same, that there are disturbing conditions in the lower hepatic circulation. And this is indicated the more in how the poisons as accumulate are of a nature showing that the activities of the kidneys are disturbed as well as the glandular system under the scrotum and as connect with the activity of the flow of the urine from the bladder itself.
6. And those conditions that appear at times across the small of the back, the upsetting in the digestive system at other times, all are the effects of such disturbances; as well as poor eliminations and the effect of the engorging in the colon area only increase this pressure and make the condition at times become more acute.
7. In the nervous system these become as the cause of the inability of the body to rest, and for those conditions where there is very bad taste in the mouth; at other times the body so easily tires, there is the shortness of breath. All of these are effects of these disturbances as they affect the nerve forces of the body.
8. The organs as involved are as indicated, and arise from conditions that long ago were of a minor nature but the necessity or the use at such time of elements as included mercury as an ingredient had its destroying effect upon conditions in the system itself, and made for the weakening of the organs as related to the activities that have been

indicated.
9. As we would find then, in making application of that as would be the more helpful:
10. While it becomes necessary at times for internal medication, owing to eliminations and owing to the effect upon the heart's activity and the circulation, the less of same that can be used the better for the body under the existent conditions.
11. As we would find the use of these may and will bring, if they are consistently used, the more helpful experience; and gradually we may build back a great deal of strength, a great deal of vigor, a great deal of revivifying and resuscitating forces for the very activities of the organs that have been so disturbed through those long standing conditions that have existed and do exist.
12. First we would find, for the periods when there are the excruciating pains as arise - as from catches in the hips and in the small of the back, through the lower limbs and through distressed areas in the system - we would massage the lower portion of the cerebrospinal system, or the spine itself from even the middle portion of the spine to the end of same, with a combination of equal parts Mutton Suet or Mutton Tallow (melted), Spirits of Camphor, Spirits of Turpentine, and Compound Tincture of Benzoin. Mix these ingredients and massage into those portions of the body. Then without this being washed off, apply heat - this will bring some ease to the body. This may be applied either in very warm flannels, a great deal of same, or make it as a pad - with the electric heat or electric pad, or also salt heated in bags or packs - this is an excellent manner. For with the salt we would carry those effects of the vibration of the calcium that assimilated by the respiratory system or perspiratory system AND the activity of the lymph circulation through the portions would be most helpful; while the vibrations of electrical forces are helpful also. Then alternate these from one time to another; this extending through to those areas where there are the swellings at times of the glands in the areas indicated, under the groin, will be helpful also. But they should not be massaged, of course, too close to the scrotum or to the organs of the genitive system itself, but along the spine and around same - and heat applied.
13. We would also find that for the making for corrections the applications of the low electrical vibration from the Wet Cell Appliance that carries Atomidine as a vibratory force for the effect upon the whole of the glandular system will be most effective. This would be used each day for
1308-1 Page 3
thirty to thirty-five minutes, with the attachments as follows: The small plate would be attached first, to the 4th lumbar; while the larger plate, through which the full commercial strength of Atomidine passes, would be attached last - to the umbilicus and lacteal duct area.
14. And then be most mindful of the diet. These as we find to beware of, and those other things that agree with the body most any of these may be taken - but these leave off:
15. No white bread at any time. To be sure, buckwheat or of such as cakes may be taken - but these with honey rather than with other types of syrup. No poached or fried eggs. A little bacon may be taken occasionally. Do not eat white potatoes and bread at the same meal. The meats, if they are to be taken, should be principally fish, fowl or lamb. The leafy vegetables are preferable to the pod. Not too much sweets and no strong drinks or any that carry or produce alcoholic reaction (as combinations of white bread or certain sweets for the system). No beer, no strong drink; though red wine as a FOOD may be taken occasionally - for this is blood building and blood-resisting forces are carried in same - as iron and those plasms that make for the proper activity upon the system. But never more than two or two and a half ounces of same, but this only with black or brown bread, and not with sweets.
16. Use these consistently for thirty to sixty days, and then we would give further instructions.
17. Ready for questions.
