Time of Reading 6:05 to 6:15 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y.

1. GD: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1309]; this we have had before.

3. As we find, there are many changes in the general physical forces of the body since last we had same. These, however, are not because of the application of those things suggested; only as a very small part of same.

4. Those conditions as related to the auditory forces, and the organs of the sensory system, will be materially aided, as we find, by the corrections made in the upper dorsal and through the cervical area; if these will be made osteopathically, in the manner as we have indicated, - provided the body will take the head and neck exercise night and morning AFTER such have been begun - that is, after the osteopathic corrections have been begun, see?

5. We find that these will also be very helpful to the body as related to eliminations, and as to assimilation; and the fat that is disturbing to the body, especially in producing the shortness of breath, owing to that about the abdominal area and the pressures as produced upon the whole of the hepatic circulation at times, upsetting the lower hepatic circulation, and causing great excesses of the uric acid that produces disturbing factors through pressures in the muscular forces at times:

6. Take Grape Juice four times each day; one ounce of plain water and three ounces of grape juice, taken half an hour before each meal and upon retiring. Then in the matter of the diet, it will almost care for itself; and take those things the appetite calls for, save sweets, chocolate or the like; not great quantities of sugars, nor of pastries; but all other foods, vegetables or meats, provided they are not fats, may be taken according to the appetite; but we will

find the appetite will change a great deal.

7. Ready for questions.

8. (Q) Should any of the other treatment given in the first Reading be followed now? (A) Of course, the low vibrations of the Radio-Active Appliance are helpful. This will enable the body to sleep, but it is better that it not stay on too long. An hour should be sufficient, but take it at the period when ready to retire.

9. (Q) Would it be preferable to go to Dr. Dobbins? (A) Not necessarily, unless desirable; though Dr. Dobbins is more of a specialist upon the organs of the sensory system.

10. (Q) Would Dr. Schoelles' treatments answer the purpose? (A) If he will give those corrections in the upper dorsal and throughout the cervical, and the body will begin then each morning to take the head and neck exercise, as this: In the beginning, to be sure, sit down, or be close to a bed, for it will make dizziness in the beginning. Sitting erect, stretch arms straight out from the body. Then bow the head (not the body, but the neck) as far forward as possible, slowly, three times. Then just as far back as possible three times, slowly, not quickly or jerky. Then to either side, right and left, three times. Then rest a moment or two, with the hands down. Then hold the hands erect again, stretched directly from the body, and circle the body, see? the waist movement is that desired, with the arms moving around - as it were - as far as possible. Then circle the head and neck, first to the right, then to the left, three times.

11. (Q) Can hearing be restored to normal? (A) Be restored at least thirty-three percent.

12. (Q) How long would it take? (A) How long is tomorrow? How long before she will begin? How long will she keep these up? As long as she has before, or better? This depends upon the sincerity of application and the EXPECTANCY of the body. Keep the attitudes of expectancy - not merely for use but for helpfulness.
