Time of Reading 4:20 to 4:35 P. M. Eastern Daylight Savings Time. ..., N.Y.
1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1309].
3. As we find, there are some bettered conditions and some that are more acute. In the general sense we do not find a great deal of improvement, yet there is at the present time; though there have been periods since we last had same here when it was indicated that the body was much worse.
4. There is more vitality, more resistance in the present.
5. We would keep closer to those applications that have been the more recently made, save in those things that have tended to decrease the quantity of the vitamins A and D and B-1.
6. If there would be the use of these vitamins in sufficient quantities each day, we find that we would maintain a better resistance and make for the betterment of general conditions. We would use the One A Day tablets; these have sufficient of the A and the D vitamins necessary. One tablet a day should be sufficient.
7. The B-1 we would take rather in the foods, as it is found principally in all foods that nature has colored yellow; as carrots, carrot juice - both raw and cooked; yellow corn and all of its products, yellow neck squash, yellow peaches, and all those of that nature.
8. Doing these - with the occasional aiding by the corrective forces administered osteopathically - should keep the bettered conditions with this body.
9. Ready for questions.
10. (Q) Please describe heart condition. (A) This arises from the general weakness in the vital energies where the body overdoes self from the very lack of the vital energies in B-1 for the energy, and D as an aid in the circulation from heart, lungs and liver. This, of course, as has been indicated, produces distress at times

upon the kidneys; and from the very lack of same produces that circulation that causes the shortness of breath, the general weakness and dizziness.
11. (Q) What must be changed in the living habits to bring about an improved heart action? (A) The added strength building forces in the vitamins that have become lacking in the body, and the not overdoing. And keep in the open, especially the sunshine, as oft as practical.
12. (Q) What causes hardened condition in palm of left hand and how remedy it? (A) The impaired circulation and the use of same in strenuous activities at times. As we find, after any service in water, massage the hands with the lowly peanut oil. This will bring suppleness and better conditions; and if this is extended even over the arms and the body at times it would be helpful. And this doesn't become rancid as some oils do.
13. (Q) Have the directions for improving ear condition been satisfactorily carried out? (A) These conditions are in form now much improved. The great disturbance has been in this overanxiety mentally, and the weakening of the vital forces of the body.
14. (Q) Shall I supplement diet with Vitamin E? (A) As we find, A, D and B-1 - thiamin - these are the vitamins needed.
15. (Q) Please give directions to correct chilly condition of body. (A) When there is maintained more of the vital energies that give, as it were, more HEAT to the blood flow, by its being improved and a regular, even flow through heart, lungs and liver, we will find that these chilly conditions will disappear. This will come best by the use of the vital forces indicated. One A Day is the brand, but take the B-1 in the food values, see?
16. (Q) What has caused my irregular bowel condition? (A) The lack of the vital forces in the system to carry on the correct activity of the circulation through these areas. The changes indicated should aid this materially also.
17. (Q) How can I reestablish normal action? (A) That's what we have been trying to say all along.
18. (Q) What is the desirable weight for my body and how may I attain it? (A) By keeping a normal balance in the vital energies, vital forces; and this may be governed best by the attaining

to a regularity in the pulsation of the body-force itself at this particular period. If the pulsation falls below eighty or much above same, be mindful. Use the Atomidine - small doses occasionally - to assist in regulating the glandular reaction, which governs much of these disturbances between the heart, the lungs and the liver. One drop in half a glass of water of mornings before meals for three to five days; then leave off for an equal period, and then take again - or use according to the pulsation and the temperature of the body.
19. (Q) Can a more satisfactory liver condition be developed, and how? (A) With the use of those forces suggested for the vital energies necessary, and stimulating by the mechanical manipulations the impulses for activity from the nerve system - in the dorsal and cervical area.
20. (Q) Would a treatment from Dr. A. D. Copeland [D.C., Ph.T.] [B. A. Copeland?], 107 S. Grove St., Freeport, L.I., be helpful? (A) Not necessarily so, as we find.
21. (Q) Please outline an inexpensive health program for me for the next few months. (A) This has been done also. The One A Day brand of vitamins doesn't require much more than a penny a day, and then the regular diet and sufficient of bulk as well as the energy-producing foods, with the vitamins taken. Keep activities in the sunlight as oft as practical, though; not to produce too much activity of the ultraviolet forces nor to overtire the body, but to give sufficient energies to the body. Do that.
