1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for corrective measures; giving cause of the existing conditions, and answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes.
3. As we find, these are very weakening disturbances in the body at the present time.
4. There is not as much resistance in the body as we have had heretofore in some respects, and there is more in others.
5. The acute conditions are somewhat bettered, but to prevent further irritation - and for the conditions that may appear again in the twenty-eight days, or less:
6. Use tepid douches daily with Glyco-Thymoline - even during the Periods. Not as high as body temperature, but not cold - say the temperature of about seventy would be correct for this. And we would use at least two tablespoonsful of Glyco-Thymoline to the quart of water. Use ONLY the Fountain Syringe for such douches.
7. Do use the Atomidine packs on the pubic center, not hot but cold - that is, regular temperature of the Atomidine, see? Saturate two or three thicknesses of cotton cloth with the Atomidine and apply over the pubic center; not too large an area but so as to produce healing to the areas from which there is the flow at the present time. If these are kept on all day it is not too long, or while the body is resting - whenever the body is resting. Take off when the body gets up, of course.
8. For one hour each day, until there is the movement of the bowels from same, we would use the Hot Castor Oil Packs over the liver area, to aid in starting the secretions in the liver - which is a part of the source of this disturbance between the liver, the kidneys, and the circulation in the pelvic organs. Apply these for an hour each day until there is a better correction, and this just over the liver area - three to four thicknesses of flannel saturated in the hot

oil, with an electric pad on same. Do not use the oils following same, but rather take a laxative such as Sal Hepatica or of such natures to flush the system, after three days - but just one dose.
9. To build up the body, to give more resistance and more strength, we would use the Beef Juices, beets, carrots and the like, taken often in the diet, with fowl and fish. These will build the better for the body.
10. As we find, if the combination of vitamins would be taken as found in the Purity Cross Vitamin Tablets, this would be the better. Take one tablet every other day in the beginning, for about five or ten days. Then take it every day. We would begin these right away.
11. Ready for questions.
12. (Q) Are there any ulcers or anything of the nature that causes the menstruation to continue? (A) This is rather the irritation through the pelvic organs, as indicated by the suggestion for the use of the douches to prevent further disturbance and to cause better healing, so as to prevent the adhering.
13. These, as we find, should bring better conditions for the body.
