1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1315] - this we have had before.
2. Now, as we find, the general physical conditions are different from that as we had here before. While there are still some irritations in some portions of the system, there are general improvements throughout.
3. The irritation that comes to the muco-membranes of the head and neck, and the face, shows that there have been accumulations in the soft tissue of the face that are considerably on the improve, and now - with the causes that produce same kept in a more normal manner, or in abeyance to the general physical conditions of the body, with the stimulation of those impulses or centers from which the portions so affected receive the proper stimuli for the carrying on of the circulation in and through the portion so affected - there should be little or no further trouble with these conditions that have existed there. While we would not as yet leave off entirely those applications locally for the antiseptizing or the reducing of the pressure in these portions of the system, these may be allowed to be farther and farther apart, and the general physical condition followed more closely in the manner or way of supplying those in the building up of the system that will make for the greater resuscitations in system.
4. We would use occasionally also as an antiseptic gargle those properties of Atomidine, fifteen to twenty minims in half a glass of water. This as a gargle will aid in not only cleansing the membranes of throat and head, but there will be sufficient absorption of the properties themselves to aid in the glands' reaction.
5. Also it would be well to have the stimulation of the manipulations through the dorsal and cervical regions, particularly, to aid the circulation in being brought to a near normal balance; supplying then to all affected parts,

both in assimilating system and for the correction of those conditions that have had irritation in the soft tissue and membranes of throat and head, to become near normal.
6. Ready for questions.
7. (Q) What is the condition of the sinuses? (A) These have had some inflammation, but are - as indicated - in a much bettered condition at present.
8. (Q) What is the condition of the right antrum? (A) This has been and is still somewhat choked by irritations that come from the inflammation produced in other portions of the face, muscles and tissue, yet we would continue to use the cleansing of same - that is, the antiseptides - that this may be reduced; with also the stimuli as given in manipulative measures for the circulation through the head and neck - and these we would give at least two or three times each week until the condition is considerably reduced, then these may be gotten farther and farther apart.
9. (Q) What is the condition of the right ethnoid? (A) The inflammation as produced there from those associations with the circulation in the other portions of face still shows some puffiness, but is being gradually reduced.
10. (Q) What is the condition of the maxillary sinuses? (A) These are more in sympathy with the relationships to the teeth, and the inflammation that has been produced there by the activities in relationship to same, but are gradually on the improve.
11. (Q) If the roots of the posterior molar invaginate the antral floor on the right side, is this likely to have serious consequences and what should be done to correct it? (A) With these antiseptides used in the various portions of the tissue, and with the activities of the system through the manipulative measures, these - as we find - would be reduced. We would, as an assistant stimuli with this condition, when the manipulations are given, use the violet ray application over those muscles and tissue to the right side of head and neck.
12. (Q) What kind of treatment will be required to correct or alleviate any of the deficiencies outlined above? (A) These have been outlined, as we find, with the various conditions that have been described, and as to how the alleviation of same may be brought about in toto. These we would follow. As we have given, do not leave off entirely all of the antiseptides that are being used for the correction of the local condition in the muco-membranes soft tissue in antrum and the rest of the portions of the system.

We would, in addition to same, use the Atomidine as a gargle once to twice a week as outlined, which carries the iodine in solution in such a manner as may be assimilated for the system without being harmful to the body in any manner, and which will aid in creating a balance for the draining of soft tissues in all portions of the head and neck. We would also twice to three times a week, for two to three weeks, have those manipulative measures osteopathically given over those special areas as outlined - in the dorsal and cervical area, specifically - to aid in creating an equalization in the circulation. Occasionally - once a week, or twice a week if found necessary - stimulate the circulation with the application of the low electrical vibration through the violet ray. Do that.
13. (Q) Recently there was an extraction made of the upper right molar and it feels now as though there is something in the gum that requires attention. Can we determine what this is? (A) A sliver from the process about the tooth and gum as taken. This will gradually work itself to such a state where this may disappear entirely or be removed, especially with the use of the antiseptics in massaging the gum - the same properties (Atomidine) as used in the gargle, except in stronger solution.
