Time of Reading 3:50 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [1315].
2. As we find, the conditions show some aggravation - as indicated - by the stirring up of the sources or causes of same, WITHOUT the proper consideration of the necessity for eliminating excess poisons as produced by such disturbance.
3. This should be taken into consideration in the administration of the manipulative forces; and should also be taken into consideration by the body - in that such precautions are necessary, while these equilibriums are being established, as to the manner of diet AND activity.
4. The CHARACTER of eliminations from natures other than the stimulation by the one applying the mechanical activities for the correction of those areas where disturbances arise, should be in keeping with those administrations. Hence the suggestion would be from such an operator.
5. Ready for questions.
6. (Q) Should the treatments cause such pain as I have experienced? (A) As indicated, there has not been the proper consideration given; either by the body itself OR the manipulator; as to the necessity for eliminations - that are necessary for such corrections, see?
But if these are taken into consideration, and the stimulations necessary, as we find these should bring the corrective forces for the body.
Then, we would keep those things indicated, WITH the suggestions here given adhered to by both.
7. (Q) What diet should I have during these treatments? (A) As indicated, this should be rather in keeping with the CHARACTER of the manipulation and the type of eliminant suggested. Hence all of the suggestions in this respect would be made by the one making the adjustments.
8. We are through with this Reading.
