1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1316].

2. Now as we find, there are disturbing conditions as prevent the normal activity in the functioning of the system. These as we find primarily have to do with the glandular system as it affects the nerves of the body.

3. These then are the conditions as we find them with this body, [1316] we are speaking of, present in this room:

4. In the blood supply, as we find this has shown for some times back the indication of the lack of proper assimilations through the system, and with the changes that came about with the functioning of organs as related to the activity of the circulatory forces in portions of the body, and with the activity of glandular forces in particularly the adrenals and their associations with the lacteals, and the connections with the pineals - these we find the beginnings of the disturbance.

5. The brush end then of the cerebrospinal system becomes the greater involved in the nerve forces of the body, so that the loss of its associations with the activity of the sympathetic and the cerebrospinal becomes the effect. And yet their activity is left through those very connections that HAVE been and are supplied in the energizing to the system. And in the activities of locomotion, in the activities of the plexus in the axis of the torso do we find the greater centers of disturbance.

6. Thus the conditions become as part of that incoordination between the sympathetic or vegetative and the cerebrospinal systems, and the wasting of matter as it were in the IMPULSES to the activities through the nerve forces of the body.

7. These as we find may be materially aided if there are the applications in such ways and manners as to revivify the activity first to the glandular system and by the supplying

to the glandular forces as related to assimilations in the lacteals of the system, especially as related to that about the systems from which the blood supply obtains its activity or impulse through the effluvium or through the blood stream itself.

8. Thus we may build to the system and aid in bringing about much nearer to normal conditions, not only staying the activities but checking the gradual making for the wasting or wastrel through the system, and supplying to the energies for the resuscitating and revivifying of those portions of the body.

9. In making the applications then, as we find:

10. First we would begin with the use of the low electrical vibratory forces as coordinate with the bodily functions in carrying into the system the radial activity of those properties that function with the glandular system, and especially radiate same through the lacteals as coordinate with the 4th lumbar plexus.

11. Hence we would use the low electrical vibrations in the Wet Cell Appliance for such form of vibration will not make for destructive forces to the nerve ends and to the nerve energies of the body, as other forms of electrical vibration. But carrying with same the Gold, the proportion being three grains Chloride of Gold to the ounce of Distilled Water. And use at least six to eight ounces in the solution. This Appliance should be made in regular order, but in making the application let the body lie preferably upon the right side; making the application of the smaller anode to the 4th lumbar center, the larger plate (the nickel plate) - that passes through the solution - to the umbilicus and lacteal duct center. Keep this in the beginning for only twenty minutes. Longer period would tend to make for nausea and for dizziness. After the second charge, or after twenty-eight days the period of use may be increased gradually. Use same in the beginning for twenty minutes, every day, preferably just before preparing for retiring.

12. After the Appliance is used, massage into the system, gently, along the whole of the cerebrospinal system, a mixture of equal portions of Tincture of Myrrh and Olive Oil. Heat the Oil to add the Myrrh. This only what the body will absorb, and given AFTER the vibrations from the Wet Cell Appliance.

13. In the matter of the diet, this should be such as to make for the building in the system of activities that assimilated would make for replenishing and rebuilding that produced by the activity of the electrical forces, and with the Gold specific in the system.

14. Then, those vegetables of the tuberous nature; especially such as we would find in the oyster plant, carrots, turnips, and those of such natures that add to the system silicons such as to react with the vibratory forces of the body. No quantities ever of greases of fried foods, but in the meats rather have the shell fish, fowl or lamb - these are preferable. When bread is taken or things of that nature, preferably rye, whole wheat. In cereals, rather the whole wheat.

15. These as we find taken consistently will make for great improvements in the conditions; and - as indicated - after the first period increase the length of time for applying the electrical forces.

16. Do this, and we will bring the conditions as are indicated for this body, [1316].

17. Ready for questions.

18. (Q) What produced this nerve trouble? (A) As indicated, when there were those periods of change that occurred in the system from the non-activity of the glandular system, and a pressure upon the lumbar axis. The pressure has been materially aided toward being relieved, but the deadening of the condition that prevented the activity to the glandular system had already been set up. Hence as has been indicated, the applications of the electrical vibrations in such natures will revivify the activity of the glandular force in its association with creating the nerve MATTER in the nerve system.

19. (Q) How long standing? (A) As has been indicated from those periods when this begun. For there was an injury even before that to the cerebrospinal system, which dated back to some ten, fifteen years ago. Do these things as has been indicated. And in the mental attitude, feel and know - as the applications are being made - that they are not being done as rote but that those activities are those elements necessary for creating a proper balance for the more perfect coordination.
