Time of Reading 11:20 to 11:40 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes. As we find, there are disturbing conditions with this body, [1319]. These as we find are rather a complication of disturbances. A great deal arises from the anxieties of the body regarding its mental and material surroundings and associations. Thus through same there have been brought about neglects for the care of the body; thus through those conditions bringing about distresses that have become physical in their reactions.
2. These as we find then are disturbances with this body, [1319]:
3. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, there are indications of toxic forces as arise from the poor eliminations, the tendencies for accumulations of those influences through the lymph or the white blood supply in the torso of the body; and through those changes as brought about have produced a form of tumors - that are rather of the nature of lymph accumulations.
4. As we find these do not necessarily require the knife, but unless there are those precautions taken and those activities adhered to these would necessitate same - if they become in their activity so separated as to become impossible to eliminate by distributing in the system and the system's draining off same as it were.
5. IN THE NERVOUS SYSTEM, as to the effect here, both by the imaginative forces and by neglect and the pressures, we find the body at times very much under those influences of aches, pains, inability of movements in portions of the body, for the time being. After movements these become more active and the body may - with activities that bring about pleasant conditions - feel buoyed up for days or periods.
6. IN THE FUNCTIONINGS OF THE ORGANS, ALL of these as we find are under stress and strain, but principally the digestive system and the eliminating systems as related to the organs of the pelvis AND the organs of the digestive system.

7. As we would find, in making for applications then, first we would prepare as these - and the whole quantity of same should be taken. This is as a tonic yet with the other applications with same will assist in making for activities upon the organs of the body so that these disturbances might be eliminated without operative measures becoming necessary.
8. But do not take just part of these and not all of those things as we find are needed in this particular condition. For to take a portion and not the rest would only make for changing, or accumulations that would become more severe.
9. Prepare then as this:
10. To 2 ounces of Strained Honey we would add 4 ounces of Distilled Water. Allow this to come to a boil. Strain or skim off that refuse as arises when this comes to a boil. Set aside and when nearly cool, to this as the carrier add - as a preservative for the whole formula - one ounce of Grain Alcohol; at least eighty-five (85%) percent alcohol. Then to this add, in the order named: Tincture of Stillingia.........1/2 ounce, Essence of Yellow Dock Root....1/4 ounce, Essence of Black Snake Root....1/4 ounce, Syrup of Rhubarb...............1/2 ounce, Tincture of Capsici..............3 minims, Elixir of Calisaya.............1/4 ounce. Shake the solution well before the dose is taken, which should be a teaspoonful before each meal.
11. Of the diet be the most mindful. Do not take fats or fried foods of any kind. More alkalin foods than acid-producing foods. Take large quantities during the day (not at meals) of citrus fruit juices. We would find also necessary that red meats (that is, beef or the like) be eliminated.
12. We would take also twice a week Fume Baths, preferably with the Atomidine in the containers from which the fumes arise over portions of the body. The body should be rubbed down thoroughly after these settle over the body.
13. And at least twice a week have osteopathic manipulations to set up drainages, making specific adjustments through the lumbar and sacral area, and the upper dorsal and cervical area.
14. Follow these very closely and, as we would find, we will bring the better conditions for this body, [1319].
15. Ready for questions.
16. (Q) Can the severe pains be stopped quickly? (A) With the use of those properties as suggested we will

stop the pain but not too quickly.
17. (Q) Of how long standing is the condition? (A) This has been accumulating for years.
18. (Q) What exercise? (A) No particular other than the nominal to care for the activities of the body. Walking as much as possible is very well.
19. (Q) Shall I give up my home; does this interfere with my health? (A) As we have indicated, the material conditions contribute to the physical forces, but these come in a different phase of the entity's experience.
