1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [1328].

2. Now, as we find, there are conditions which prevent the normal activity and normal developments for the body. These as we find arise from conditions as arose from the pressures caused at time of birth.

3. These pressures affect the glandular system, and thus prevent the proper coordinations through the body.

4. Then, these are the conditions as we find them with this body, [1328] we are speaking of:

5. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this in many respects is very good; but there is the inability of the system to take from the activities in the assimilating forces, in the lacteal area where pressures are indicated as forming what might be termed adhesions.

6. The pressures arising from the lumbar axis prevent the activities, cause the inability of locomotions properly and prevent the sensory forces from acting properly. Thus the areas of the incoordination.

7. These as we find may be materially aided.

8. THE NERVOUS SYSTEM, the activities upon the nervous system are to make for less sensitiveness through the lower pelvis activity and a greater sensitivity in some of those activities above the diaphragm area.

9. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, these pressures upon the particular areas indicated - as in the lumbar axis and through the sacral, and upon the activity to the lacteal ducts - prevent the stamina as is secreted by the glandular forces to the adrenals and the pineal.

10. Hence these lacking in their activity produces a strain upon the other glandular forces.

11. And unless corrections are made we will have some abnormal developments from the thyroids, the thymus, the lyden [leydig].

12. AS WE FIND, THEN, IN MAKING THE APPLICATION OF THOSE THINGS THAT WILL BE OF FIRST A HELPFUL INFLUENCE, AND THEN - as the gradual changes come about - the coordinations as will be brought about by the application of those activities in the body, we will find nearer normal conditions will be the results.

13. First, then, we would begin with these:

14. Have prepared the Wet Cell Appliance carrying a weak solution of Chloride of Gold. The attachments would be made to the body once each day for twenty minutes; the smaller plate attached first, to the 4th lumbar axis; while the larger plate - carrying the solution to the body - would be attached last, at the umbilicus and lacteal duct plexus; or those that include (in this developing body) the lacteal ducts in their greater center - a portion of the gall duct area and center. This solution would be the strength one grain to one ounce of distilled water. Keep the plates clean and change the solutions every twenty-eight days. Best that the application of this be made just before preparing the body for rest of an evening.

15. After each application with the Appliance we would massage the body gently with a combination of oils. Preferably all of these applications would be made by the mother, or by those very close to the body; for the sympathy that goes with the applications makes for the creating of that atmosphere of expectancy. But do not let it become mere rote. Know, as the applications are made, that corrections are being brought to the system - as a natural growth; for it will require periods and periods, and patience for the applications, before we begin to see definite results. For such a massage we would combine the oils in this manner:

16. To 2 ounces of Pure Olive Oil as the base, add - in the order named: Russian White Oil.....................1 ounce, Cedar Wood Oil (not the nut)........1/2 ounce, Oil of Sassafras Root...............1/4 ounce. Shake these together each time (for they will separate), and massage gently. Beginning at the base of the head, circle as around the throat to the vagus center or the collar bone, and to the vocal box. Then along the spine to the brachial center, this a circular motion, just between the shoulder blades. Then the solar plexus or at the 9th and 10th dorsal vertebrae. Here again quite a circular motion. And then to the 4th lumbar or the lumbar axis, from which the conditions

1328-1 Page 3

arose that cause the taxation to the system - that has prevented a nominal or normal development in locomotion and in the sensory forces of the body. Here we would not attempt to make corrections, but make for a gentle circular massage. Do not bear so heavily as to cause pain but, HERE, make for a more gentle PRESSURE. Then along the sciatic centers, under either side of the limbs, under the knees and then to the feet and the soles of the feet. After there is massaged in just what the body will absorb, sponge off.

17. About once a month have osteopathic adjustments throughout the cerebrospinal system. This should be done by a competent and a sincere osteopath, one that would make the proper corrections and not oftener in the beginning.

18. After this has been kept up for two to three months (the whole course of treatment outlined), begin then with a deep electrical therapy - or that as will make for a change in the vibrations; but this will necessarily be very low. Preferably just before this is begun we would give further instructions.

19. In the diet - keep those things that are easily assimilated, in a developing body. Plenty of fruit juices at all times. Whole wheat or cracked wheat as cereals. Not too much meats ever. The fresh vegetables sometimes should be raw, but well grated, well prepared. These will make for the producing of the proper salts, the proper activities to the body that the effects of the low electrical forces in the Wet Cell Appliance will absorb from the system and to the system such that the activities of the body itself may be produced.

20. And, in the application of these, keep ever that hopefulness; that the Creative Forces in the Father-God will bring that as IS necessary for the manifestations of His force and power in this body.

21. And we will find near normalcy coming for this body in abilities for locomotion, for speech, for hearing, for the nominal responses to all sensory forces; and particularly will the developments be of an artistic temperament for this body.

22. Ready for questions.

23. (Q) About how long will it take before she will be able to walk? (A) This to be sure depends upon the responses of the body. Whether long or short (but this should be within one cycle), the results will be worthy of the patience, the care.

24. (Q) Do you think the body will be perfectly normal? (A) If these are carried forth, there is no reason why the body should not be perfectly normal - and as indicated,

1328-1 Page 4

supersensitive to an artistic temperament.

25. (Q) Will her mind be alright? (A) This is a necessary portion of the development by the removing of those pressures in the areas indicated, see? that will bring normalcy. If it's to be normal, the mental, the physical and the spiritual will coordinate and cooperate in giving normal responses to the activities in this material experience.
