1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [1329].
2. As we find, while conditions in some respects respond to the general reactions, there have been those conditions that arose from infectious forces in the body that have been allayed - but leaving their effects that may be materially aided, and may be so altered that much of that wasting of the activities in portions of the system may be resuscitated, revived; and thus produce for the body a better, more normal reaction.
3. These as we find are the effects as have caused the inflammation produced to produce the wasting of tissue, to make for stamina in the body; or formations of wasted tissue and the effect of these upon not only locomotion but the activities of the body as related to the prostate, as related to the whole system in this manner.
4. Hence reactions are necessary to bring about conditions in which the body physically and mentally may not only retain its activity but give the better resuscitating forces to the general reactions; producing in the blood supply, as it does, a tendency for a form of anemia owing to the inactivity of the glandular forces through the system by the pressures produced and by the conditions produced in portions of the cerebrospinal system from which the extremities receive their impulses and the activities of internal organs as related to same.
5. And as we find much better conditions may be brought about for the body.
6. These as we find would necessarily need changes as conditions develop, and as the body responds to that as we find may be applied that will revive the activity of the glandular forces as well as allowing for the better distribution of energies through the system as may be assimilated by the activity of the glandular forces and by the structural portions of the body itself.
7. Thus much of that hindrance may be eliminated which has

been produced in the system.
8. First, then, we would have the appliance of the low Wet Cell Appliance carrying the Chloride of Gold; two grains to one ounce of Distilled Water.
9. Make the application of this Appliance as follows: The small plate would be attached first, to the 4th lumbar plexus, while the larger plate - through which the Gold Solution passes - would be attached last, to the umbilicus and lacteal duct area.
10. These applications we would make each day for thirty minutes.
11. Change the solutions every twenty-eight days.
12. Also about twice a week for a period of three weeks, then rest two weeks and then have another period of three weeks, then rest again for a month and then have another period of two to three weeks, twice a week, we would have the manipulations and osteopathic adjustments that will bring about changes in the cerebrospinal system and make for special adjustments in the lumbar, the coccyx and the lower dorsal areas; coordinating the upper dorsal and cervical to same.
13. Then when these have been carried on for three to four periods, we would give further instructions.
14. Ready for questions.
15. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file
