Time of Reading 3:30 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Ohio. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1343]; this we have had before.

2. As we find, while some conditions show improvements, others indicate some indiscretions in the manner of the diet and that the eliminations have brought about a great deal of discomfort and discouragement for the body.

3. These changes then, as we find, are arising from that which is the source of the infection, that affects the circulation, that produces this disturbance in the extremities - where there is the swelling, where there is the excruciating pain and the general taxation from the pain to the nervous forces of the body.

4. The source of infection then arises from the incoordination between the ducts as in the lacteals and those that make for the activity through the colon and especially in the caecum center.

5. These then cause the poor eliminations through the lower part of the hepatic circulation.

6. Hence we have not only those toxic forces from the poor eliminations in the general sense but a uric reaction that causes the type or character of arthritic reaction in the lymph circulation.

7. Hence certain characters of food are given to causing distresses, and so long as the body will keep to that as has been suggested in the massage and in the manner of eliminations, these as we find will continue to make for helpful forces in the body.

8. We would add the low electrical vibration of the Wet Cell Appliance carrying into the system the Gold and the Atomidine, alternately - the Gold used one day, the Atomidine the next. The attachments would be made in these manners:

9. The first day, the smaller anode would be attached first, to the 9th dorsal center; while the larger anode - carrying

1343-3 Page 2

the Gold (in the proportions, for this body, of three grains to an ounce of distilled water - the Chloride of Gold) - would be attached last, to the umbilicus and lacteal duct; or over the gall duct area, or three fingers directly to the right from the umbilicus plexus, you see, in a straight line. The attachments would be made for thirty minutes, every other day.

10. The next day (or the day in between the applications with the Gold Solution), the smaller plate would be attached first, to the 2nd and 3rd cervical plexus; while the larger plate through which the commercial strength Atomidine Solution passes would be attached last, to the 4th lumbar - or to the lumbar axis. The attachments would be made for thirty to forty minutes, every other day.

11. Preferably these applications of the Wet Cell Appliance would be made in the evening. Continue in rotation as indicated, one day using the Gold, the next day the Atomidine.

12. Use also the Radio-Active Appliance for quieting the body.

13. We would also take the Atomidine internally. Begin with small doses; that is, one minim (or drop) in half a glass of water before the morning meal is taken. Every other day increase the dosage one minim (or drop), until five drops are taken in half a glass of water. After that quantity is taken (the five drops), rest from same for three days. Then begin again with the one minim and every other day increase the quantity one minim until five drops are taken; then leave off for three days, and then begin again.

14. When there is the excruciating pain or the swelling in the limbs (or in the foot and the hand), if we would apply the saturated solution of Epsom Salts in Packs, these would reduce the swelling as well as help in relieving the pain.

15. Do not take sedatives any oftener than necessary, and when it is necessary preferably take a hypnotic rather than a narcotic - these as we find are the better, for this particular body.

16. As to the activities of the body:

17. We find that to keep generally active is preferable to making for confinements or for lack of mental and physical activities. And keep cheery; that is, in the company of those or in the surroundings that make for the better conditions toward constructive and creative thinking.

18. Do these and as we find, if these will be persisted in - that is, taken for periods of three to four regular series, left off for three or four days or for a week and then repeated - we may not only relieve the arthritic reaction

but eliminate the causes of same.

19. As for the eliminations:

20. We will find that enemas are preferable to too much cathartics or even great laxatives; but if the gentle massage is given as indicated for the body, through the abdominal area and especially the caecum and colon area, with the Olive Oil as needed into the system, this will help or aid materially.

21. It is well to occasionally take a laxative, as the Russian White Oil - or the Agar or the like. But as given, take the enemas preferably - rather than too much cathartics. Have the enemas not cold, not hot, but body-temperature. And after each enema we would use a colon cleanser, as Glyco-Thymoline - the proportions about a tablespoonful to each quart of tepid water, or a quart and a half. This is as an antiseptic and will prevent irritations and will also aid the active forces being administered not only through the activities upon the glandular system and the bodily forces themselves (through the Wet Cell Appliance, etc.) but aid in the general reactions for the body.

22. Ready for questions.

23. (Q) Why is the swelling much worse in the mornings? (A) Just as indicated, it is better that the body be active than forced to remain quiet; for to remain quiet long makes for the greater disturbance in the circulation. Thus the swelling is worse in the mornings, after the body has been quiet.

24. (Q) Why have the pain and swelling gotten worse during the last few weeks, when she responded so well to the treatments at first? (A) As has been given, indiscretion in the diet and eliminations.

25. (Q) Is there any organic trouble? (A) The natural conditions are the affectations, as indicated, of a source of infection, that affects the system and the organs in their functioning.

26. (Q) What is back of the cause? (A) As given; the source being the gall duct as related to the circulation between the deeper and the superficial forces of the circulation.

27. (Q) Is this a true arthritic condition, as commonly called? (A) As has been given, it is a FORM; but is affecting more the lymph (as indicated by the swelling). Hence if there are the activities as given, we should eliminate not only the trouble but the cause.

28. (Q) How can her low blood count be built up?

1343-3 Page 4

(A) By eliminating the causes of the infection so that the circulatory forces and the circulation and blood supply are increased to near normal. These we have taken into consideration not only in the manner in which the electrical vibrations are to act upon the system (through the Wet Cell Appliance) but the increased activity to the glandular force by the properties carried in same that make for aiding in assimilation for body and blood building.

29. (Q) Is citrous fruit good for her condition? (A) Oranges with lemons or limes, and the citrous fruit of that nature are the better. But these should not be to excess; nor should they ever be taken the same meal that cereals or bread are taken.

30. (Q) Should Brewers Yeast be continued? (A) This is beneficial to the digestive system if the massages are given over the abdominal area.

31. (Q) Have the electrical treatments by Dr. Shipe been helpful, or just what effect have they had? (A) These are not as effective as the LOW vibrations. This form of electrical treatment is of too high a vibratory rate for constructive forces in the system. The low electrical vibrations from the static forces, or galvanic, as indicated for the body (through the Wet Cell Appliance carrying the vibratory forces of the properties for the system) are the better.

32. (Q) Should the violet ray be continued, as first indicated? (A) Leave off the violet ray at the present.

33. (Q) Would the Physical Culture Hotel, Danville, N.Y., be an uplifting environment while following these treatments? or is there a place that would be better and more harmonious for her? (A) Those surroundings in the Danville institution would not be the better for the body in the present. Where the body may be in the open and where there is to be had general relaxation would be better.

34. (Q) Who, or what, is controlling her? (A) The physical forces of self.

35. (Q) By following these treatments suggested, how long should it take to clear up the condition? (A) This becomes a matter of application. The condition itself is of the nature that as the body feels better it tends to return to former activities which are detrimental; in diet and in activity. The condition must be eliminated entirely if there would be a return to anything near normalcy.

Keep constructive forces around the body as the applications are made, as may be had from THIS - especially as the Appliance as used carrying the Gold Solution: "FATHER, KEEP THOU THY SERVANT IN THE WAY IT SHOULD GO! THAT MY BODY, MY MIND, MY PURPOSES, MY DESIRES MAY BE USED IN SERVICE FOR THEE IN THE CHRIST NAME."
