1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly and tell me the conditions you find at the present time. You will diagnose the case thoroughly, giving the cause of the existing conditions, also the treatment for the cure and relief of this body. You will answer any questions relative to this body that I will ask you.

2. EC: Now, we find there are some abnormal conditions in this body, and these are produced rather from malnutrition, as is caused by specific conditions as exist in the body. These may be corrected.

3. Now these are conditions as we find them in this body, [1352], we are speaking of. First:

4. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this we find deficient, rather on account of poor assimilation as is produced on account of congestion in the body, produced by tissue being involved in the manner that prevents the assimilation performing in the system in the proper manner. This produced by conditions in the centers from which the portions of the body receive their incentive for functioning.

5. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, we find the body rather of the nervous temperament, produced by the taxing and by the lack of nutrition. Hence the system, in its attempts to create equilibrium throughout, brings strain to many portions of body. Especially in the 9th, 8th and 7th dorsal region, we find lesions that prevent the functioning of the digestion in the upper portion of intestines, so that a nervous digestion is produced, or this condition affects the pneumogastric in its functioning, causing the lower orifice of stomach to close prematurely and causing foods to ferment rather than be acted upon by the gastric juices and by the juices as supplied in lower portion of stomach and intestines. Hence, when foods pass into the intestine, we find they are rather of an acid state than of the lacteal. Hence the lacteal ducts become involved, and not sufficient of the nutriment supplied from these for system to assimilate properly the food values to the system.

6. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, all are very good save in that all become low in their functioning and

subject to any distress that may be presented to same at any time. This especially needs attention on this account, for with the low state of resistance in the body, any bacilli may attack and system not able to ward same off or to create sufficient leucocyte or tissue in lymph to turn same to usage for the body.

7. The liver low and slow in functioning. Spleen shows a full overflowing action, tending toward plethora. The lower portion of stomach small and tipped by the strain as is produced on same at time.

8. Kidneys do not function normal, neither the digestive system below the intestinal digestion.

9. Then, to give the better conditions and to bring the normal state in this physical body, we would take particular care to the diet of the body, and correct, better by osteopathic forces, on account of the tissue that needs strengthening through manipulation, but correct through osteopathic forces the lesions and conditions in the central dorsal region (6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th dorsals), correcting and stimulating the secretions and the excretions of the digestive system, taking plenty of water at all times in the system, keeping this, as it were, flooded with water, both for weight and necessity of supplying nutriment to the intestinal system.

10. The diet, little meat, save the juices of same, which should be prepared at least once each day, preferably from pure fresh beef, and only the juices taken. Green vegetables, such as spinach or kale, and lettuce, carrots, peas; all in small quantities. Not too much sugars, but Bulgarian Milk may be given. Honey and honeycomb may be taken, preferably with whole wheat breads rather than with white bread; being consistent, persistent, with the watchfulness in diet and preventing clogging or poisons from being assimilated through foods or feces lying too long in system. When necessary for properties to flush system, use Bi-So-Dol rather than acid salines.

11. Do this and we will bring the normal conditions to this body.

12. Necessary there be at least five to six treatments osteopathically.

13. (Q) What would be the dose of Bi-So-Dol for this body? (A) Teaspoonful. Not taken regularly but only when necessary. When diet is watched properly it will not be necessary, except when first starting.

14. (Q) What fruits may be eaten by this body? (A) Oranges or pears. No others at the present time.
