1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1352].
3. Now as we find - while in many ways the body-physical is very well - there are disturbances and hindrances which unless corrected will continue to bring distresses to the nerve system, and a degeneration of the vitality and strength of the body, as well as a great deal of annoyance and disturbance in the pains, and the reactions which occur from same.
4. From the activities we find that there have been injuries, by pressure, to the organs of the pelvis - and through the activities there have been lesions formed, that cause the irregularity as to time and activity of the menstrual flow. These as we find are pressures produced upon the pubic centers, causing a condition in the lumbar and sacral that is gradually being more and more a source of general nervous irritation to the body.
5. As we find, then - there needs to be those conditions brought about by corrective measures, osteopathically administered, that would relieve the tensions in the pelvic area; the lumbar and sacral, and the correction of the subluxation in the lower lumbar areas. The corrections would be made throughout the sacral, the coccyx area - the end of the spine, the lower lumbars.
6. Then, between the periods of the menses, we would use every other day a mild antiseptic douche, that will relieve the tendency for the adherence of the mucous membranes of the pelvic organs themselves. To a quart of water, body-temperature for the douche, add a teaspoonful of Atomidine. Use only a Fountain Syringe.
7. Refrain from such activities as pushing, pulling, or lifting heavy objects - especially during these periods the corrections are being made and the douches are being taken.
8. Also refrain from such activities as riding a bicycle, a

horse, motorcycle, or any such; and ESPECIALLY from the use of ANY properties that excite the activities of the pelvic system - such as intoxicants, or even soft drinks if carbonated waters are used.
9. Without these changes, we will find conditions will gradually grow more and more involved, and become more of an ovarian as well as a pelvis disturbance; and may require operative measures for corrections.
10. But, if these will be done, and there are precautions as to the activities, as well as to the conditions which would tend to irritate, excite, or cause disturbances to these portions, we may have corrections without resorting to any such measures.
11. Do, then, as has been indicated, if we would bring the better conditions for this body.
12. Ready for questions.
13. (Q) What causes my loss of weight? (A) Nervousness from the conditions indicated.
14. (Q) Am I physically able to bear children? [In case I ever marry] (A) Not in the present conditions.
