1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [1358].
2. Now, as we find, while conditions are not so very serious they are very aggravating at times; and without the corrections in some directions the involvement of the organs as are being disturbed may produce more serious disturbances.
3. Then as we find it is of such an insidious nature that it will require persistence and consistence on the part of the body to eradicate the causes from the system; else we will find it as indicated by the applications - only temporary relief and greater disturbances arising from other directions. Thus such disturbances have been called causes when, as we find, they are primary results.
4. These then are the conditions as we find them with this body, [Mr. [1358]] we are speaking of:
5. From the blood supply we find there are indications that there has been the effect, and in the present the cause and the effect, from an intestinal flu; that has caused and does cause a character of humor in the blood stream as that of acid. Though the alimentary canal at times is alkalized, the acidity in the superficial stream gives expressions in a form of eliminations through the perspiratory system or in the cuticle; as on hands and as at times on the limbs and on other portions of the body, though not so severe as upon exposed portions of the epidermis.
6. Hence these are effects as are indicated.
7. This natural disturbance is then affecting, in the circulation, the upper and the lower hepatic circulation; or the liver and the kidneys.
8. Hence an excess of the secretions through the kidney area produces that tendency for the slowed circulation through these portions of the body. Thus we have a discoloration, a bad odor at times from the eliminations through the bladder,
1358-1 Page 2
from the kidneys.
9. These, of course, produce - from an old disturbance there - some conditions in the prostate that are the effects then of the conditions.
10. These are disturbing forces, and as we find produce a variation of activities through the organs of the body; at times bad taste in the mouth, at others something of a bad breath.
11. A disturbance to the circulatory forces gives rise to a very poor circulation through the organs of the sensory system.
12. Hence the watering of the eyes, the burning of the throat and of the eyes, a ringing or singing in the ears. These also arise as conditions from that as indicated of an acidity, yes - but more than that; a disturbance between the superficial and deeper circulation as related to the hepatic circulation.
13. In meeting then, as we find, the needs of these conditions:
14. First we will find there must be particular notice given to the diet.
15. Refrain from strong drinks at any time, though red wine or light wines may be taken as food - not as drink.
16. Beware of quantities of starches or of starches with quantities of sweets. These produce a greater irritation to the whole of the circulatory forces.
17. Do not combine cereals and citrus fruit juices at the same meal, or even the same day.
18. We would take internally, to clear the hepatic circulation, that compound or proprietary medicine called Vinol. This is a tonic. But from the present proprietary properties in a pint bottle of Vinol, draw off or take from the bottle a teaspoonful. Then add in its place a teaspoonful of Elixir of Lactated Pepsin. Shake this well together, then take half a teaspoonful (no more) four times a day; before the morning meal, before the noon meal, before the evening meal and before retiring.
19. Use those vibrations of the Radio-Active Appliance to aid the circulation, to make for the bettered conditions throughout the vibratory forces of the body.
20. Once a week take half an ounce of the Watermelon Seed Tea; yes, watermelon, see? Make by crushing a tablespoonful of watermelon seed and putting into four ounces of water and letting come to a boil. This may be kept in a cool place and taken about twice, and then a new quantity made.
21. In the activities if these are kept we will find bettered conditions for the whole of the body.
1358-1 Page 3
22. Be mindful of the diets. These are the most vital forces, as well as that as has been indicated in the manner or way of taking the tonic.
23. Ready for questions.
24. (Q) Is there a gravel condition in the kidneys? (A) As has been indicated, rather a slowed circulation which makes for a sedimentary condition. Hence not only the Buchu Leaves in the Vinol will cleanse the kidneys but the added activity of the Nitre in its proportions from the Watermelon Seed Tea, will clear same; as well as will those purifyings of the blood stream make for the better circulation - which will be aided by the vibratory forces of the low electrical vibrations of the body itself, from the Radio-active Appliance. Do these as has been indicated, and we would bring the better conditions for the body.
25. (Q) Should any local application be used for conditions on hands and left eye? (A) As we find, only a mild antiseptic. At times the hands may be bathed or massaged just before going to bed with a little sweet oil, rubbed thoroughly into the hands. This will prevent them from cracking, from making so much irritation, and to keep these cleansed. For the conditions of the eye, where there is irritation, until these are better, a weak eye solution or antiseptic for same will be found helpful, but soon may be discarded.
