Time of Reading 3:50 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Mich. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes.

2. Now as we find, conditions are not so much improved yet there have been times when there has been a great deal of improvement. But there needs to be an adherence to those suggestions for the diet, as for the refraining from strong drink or beer, and the keeping up of those things suggested in other ways - as the baths for the hands, and as for the general conditions of the body.

3. We would have the manipulative forces for the assistance in the eliminations of the body, and the corrections should be made throughout the whole of the cerebrospinal system, so as to coordinate the eliminations from the organs of the hepatic circulation as well as the stimulation for the digestive forces and for the distribution of that as assimilated.

4. The applications or the bathing of the hands - there should be more consistence here also. For to do this once or twice and then to leave off will not make for the proper reaction in the body. Neither will the refraining occasionally, or the keeping away from strong drink or beers and then giving in to same; for these make for the effluvium that acts in the system, also for the poor eliminations through the system or the incoordination in the eliminating system.

5. For while there is the appearance in some respects as of eczema and at other periods of a form of skin disturbance more as of acne or the like, this condition is neither of these forms; for it is, as indicated - and as shown by the reactions - rather the incoordination between the eliminating systems of the body.

6. And with the adherence to those things suggested we would find better and greater improvemovement, and the elimination of the disturbance.

7. In the diets keep away from starches or those combinations that produce too great a fermentation in the

system.

8. And in the activities of the body, do not keep too much in the open (that is, in the sunshine itself) but in the fresh air - morning air, evening air, is well.

9. Ready for questions.

10. (Q) May ices or ice cream be included in diet? (A) Ices are preferable to the ice cream, though ice cream may be taken in moderation.

11. (Q) Have any of those medications helped besides those recommended in Reading? (A) These as we find if they are followed as given in Reading will be better than mixing or combining those other forces.

12. (Q) Why is there not much improvement in condition of hands? (A) The lack of the adherence to the diet, and the inclination to "fudge" as it were on the drinks. One drink will set up a condition that it will take several days to eliminate - especially beer.

13. (Q) Is there any change in the condition? (A) As has been given, the condition is somewhat improved - but it's a long way from being what it should - if there had been the adherence to those things given. The manipulations we would take about once or twice a week for two to three weeks, then leave off for two to three weeks, then take again.

14. (Q) Please outline specific diet. (A) Keep away from starches. Keep away from those things that are highly seasoned. Keep away from those things that make for too much fermentation. These advices are better than outlining a specific diet. Because if you don't keep off of those things that have been indicated, to say that he should eat this or he shouldn't eat that would only make for an aggravation of the condition in the mental forces as well as in the bodily activities!

15. (Q) Any other advice at this time? (A) Do the things as suggested, and as we find we will get help for this body; we will eliminate the disturbances.
