Room 1405, Time of Reading N.Y. Hospital, 10:40 to 10:55 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. N. Y. City. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body and those conditions that disturb the mental and physical forces of the body.

2. As we find, these are as much a pathological disturbance as the psychopathic; yet the mental reactions have in part brought about the psychopathic - as the psychopathic has interfered and does interfere in the pathological reactions.

3. These are the conditions then as we find them with this body, [1360].

4. The indications from the psychological forces are of reactions that are thinning to the blood and effective upon the organs from poisons; those of the nature that clog throughout the intestinal system, making for a restrained activity in some portions and an overflow of the lymph in the attempt to produce sufficient reaction in the lymph flow to prevent deterioration in the walls in the duodenum and the upper portion of the small intestines - or through the jejunum.

5. We find also that those reactions are aiding which are being produced by the administrations of those characterizations that are as a reactory force for the condition; yet the mental reaction upon same and upon the general conditions of the body is very low - hence with the great disturbance in the circulation it is a hardship to find proper reaction.

6. Then from worry we find pressures have been caused upon the central nervous system where there are pressures in the lumbar and in the central nervous system to the vagus and to the brain center.

7. Thus we find that mechanical manipulations would aid more than internal medicine.

8. While the present administrations as indicated are helpful, there is being produced too great a strain upon the

mental coordinating activities to the responsive forces to the bodily functions themselves.

9. Hence as we find then, deep therapy - that is, manipulative forces - and the power of suggestive force during such periods of treatments - would be most beneficial for this body.

10. Then if there is the ability to produce better coordination in the nerve forces, or the nerve ganglia in the specific areas indicated, with the desire for activity, we may bring help before deterioration sets in between the coordinating forces of the mental and the brain flow in the nerve system.

11. Ready for questions.

12. (Q) Has this body been taking arsenic or any other poison deliberately or unaware? (A) Aware of those as taken. The arsenic is more as an acetate of arsenic, or that which is in a solution for thinning blood. This is more deliberate.

13. (Q) Is this body possessed? (A) No. The possession, or the reaction as of possession, is the battlement with self and self's reactions to conditions about self; not possessed.

14. (Q) Should the suggestions be given the body during the manipulations or in a hypnotic state? (A) If the strong suggestions are made by the one making the manipulations, these would be more effective than the attempts to use same through hypnotic suggestion. But there must be aroused the desire for carrying on, you see; or a purpose created.

15. (Q) Just what suggestions should be given? (A) These must necessarily be studied by the individual giving the treatments. For as we find, by the natural reactions (as is indicated by even the question), there are times when one thing is upon the mind - fear; and another time when the body must bear with conditions surrounding it - that is, by its responses. Hence these are necessarily altered for the variations in the mental reaction or mental coordination with the nominal impulses of the body. Keep a close watch, however, upon the body - for long periods.

16. (Q) Any other suggestions?

(A) Of course, the spiritual suggestions with the psychopathic and the purely physical should be aroused - the spiritual instincts - that are innate in each body. Do that.
