Time of Reading 3:35 to 3:45 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Michigan. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1361].
2. As we find, there is rather the complication of conditions as prevent the better physical functioning of the body.
3. Then, for there to be any gaining of a most helpful nature, it will require consistent and persistent applications with changes in applications as the changes may be brought about in the condition by the applications for those things that are causes as well as effects.
4. Much that is applied as we find in the present is of a palliative nature.
5. There having been, in times back, very disturbing conditions with the body, during those periods when changes brought about the varying activity of the glandular forces, we have first a nervous tendency - and an irritation that, with the lack of the proper eliminations and proper adjustments for the changes wrought, allowed for accumulations that made for the effects upon nervous and muscular forces of the body.
6. Hence first there was produced an over-nervousness which tended towards a shaky or an over-nervous condition.
7. Then there was a stiffening, or a condition in the muscular forces which brought about much of the disturbance in the present.
8. As we find, these affect then not only the eliminations but the circulatory forces of the body.
9. Thus we have a very poor circulation at times, very little of the necessary rest - and there is the necessity for those things to keep for the better quietness in the body.
10. In the beginnings then, as we find:
11. We would use the low electrical vibrations that would carry electrical forces into the system with a Chloride of Gold solution. These vibratory forces would be the more

helpful.
12. The vibration should be as two grains of the Chloride of Gold to one ounce of Distilled Water, using at least six ounces in the container carrying the solution to the body.
13. Attachments of the Appliance would be made in this manner:
14. The smaller anode would be attached first, to the last dorsal center - or the 12th dorsal; while the larger anode carrying the Gold Solution would be attached last, to the lacteal and umbilicus center - or that through which the vibratory forces to the activities of the circulatory system will pass; thus taking into the system the reactions of these in the low electrical current as will be created.
15. The Appliance would be attached for thirty minutes each evening. Make the connections with same ten to fifteen minutes before it is applied to the body, you see, so that the charges make for direct contact but not too binding upon the body yet firmly in place.
16. Also we would give gentle massages, preferably in a neuropathic manner. For such massaging we would use an equal combination of Myrrh and Olive Oil. This will strengthen and quiet the body, you see.
17. Such massages we would give each evening after the Appliance has been administered.
18. In the matter of the diets:
19. It becomes very necessary to adhere to that which will prevent too great an accumulation of sugar. Hence leafy vegetables and all characters of fruit. Not too much of sugars in any of the foods; not too much of the starches either, but keep a well-balance without excesses - this is preferable. The meats should preferably be wild game, and these prepared as broths - and never fried foods or any kind.
20. Do these until at least two charges of the Appliance. Or recharge the Appliance every thirty days. After the second recharging has been used up, then we would give further instructions.
21. Ready for questions.
